I have been using reliance broadband *connection since 22 November 2008 *and
took 3 months advance rental plan. (1100 rs per month , 3300 rs for 3

In the month of *May 2009 *they sent me the bill for one month (i,e for June
2009). when i complained the customer care for sending me *1 month bill
instead of 3 months,* they told me to pay for the June 2009 and from July
2009 onwards i will get my 3 months usual bill.
Since on their pretext i paid the June bill and from *July* they sent me the
bill of *5500 rs *and demanded to be paid in July, i,e upto November 2009.
when i complained again they made the excuse that i took the connection in
November and my year ends in the month of november 2009, so i have to pay
upto the month of november or else they will terminate my services.
I objected to this and they disconnected my services in the first week of
september 2009. afterwards their people from DSA started calling me now and
then and abused me and threatened me for not paying my outstanding bill.
I called several times to the reliance customer care and even spoke to the
floor manager but all in vain, they had only one answer *" Pay for 5 Months"
One day i got a call from Billing department and the lady on the fone
promised me that my disconnected services would be restored within *24hrs if
i pay 3000 rs as a cash payment*. i agreed and made the payment but my
services were not restored, i called that lady again but she avoided my call
and didnt turn up on the fone again ever. i felt very helpless, cheated and
duped by relaince.
They disconnected my services in early september and sent me the bill for
the period between late september and October. Now they are regularly
sending me bills to demand payment for the period during which the services
I request you to please help me with this to get rid from reliance and stop
this unjust they are doing with the innocent consumer like us.
