If you are facing problem continuously then you have to submit a Written complaint to your Area Manager and ask them for the Refund, and the proper solution for your problem.
Note: Do not forget to take receiving of your complaint.

Hi,I am having user ID no UALDUNZ0010034034 & phone no 0135-2624121,I am facing problems for almost last six months live slow browing,DNS not pinging,server not responding,even disconnection while surfing.I have talked to customer care and they send a man to fix the problem but he couldn't fix it. He assured me the problem might be on server & it would be solved but nothing happened. Even when i inquired about my complain they say it has been solved. I have complained many times but the problem persists.Please kindly help

my broadband speed 50kbps only i have 750Rs plan unlimited please up my speed 209kbps
I get my BSNL land line NO. -01334-224044 after submitted all the doc. and amount at 18 july 2011 but there is no conection provide till date.I try to findout the reason but they will give me the date after date.
Now it is frustating me.

We are BSNL customer for almost 15 years now. Despite of the bad reviews we still had lot of faith on BSNL service and finaly decided to take the Broadband connection as well.
It took almost 2 months to start the service...I dont know why?
Then only in 2 days I exceeded my download limit and the same day I applied for a change in plan. Lady in the counter said its done please go home and check.
When I came back it was still down. I patiently waited for 2 weeks and guess what , when I went to the office again they told me that they never received any plan change request...WOW. So I re-initiated the process. It again took 2 weeks and finally I had internet after almost 5 weeks.
Now again the intenet is down for last 10 day, not just for me but entire area. And this is a special one......When I inquired why, they told me..."chuhe ne taar kaat di"...lol
Aisi kaunsi taar hai jo chuhe ne minton mein kaat di aur BSNL walon se 10 din mein bhi theek nahi hui......
Shameful...very Shameful people...
When will they learn to love and respect their job and customer rather than running away from their responsibility....
I was working in Uttaranchal college of technology & biomedical sciences, dehradun since october 2008 & suddenly on 27th december 2011 they said that I should resign without any reason.They are not even paying my salary since november 2011. What to do now?
