Now they are only asking for the bill which they have generated without solving the problem. The 3 bills I have already paid without getting any service, they are silent about it. The complaint to Nodal Office and Apellate Authority is still pending.

I am seeing a speed of 2-3 kbps, ridiculously low!!! After calling up the customer and numerous troubleshooting steps, I was told by their network team who even visited my house, that the speed cant be improved at this location.

On asking for a refund, they plainly refuse saying there is no such policy of reference 4952282, when spoken with Premnath, a custromer care executive.

I saw an earlier complaint here from rajhans and he is told to pay his pending bill, before they proceed troubleshooting they isssue. Sir, in my case this connection is not even 1 month old and before generating the bills, I hope either they resolve the issue or take back the product.

More over i am very frustrated with their service.

my tata photon speed was about 130 kbps which i was happy as i am a big downloader....but since then my speed dropped to 11 kbps and as low as 5kbps which i am very unhappy...i am paying tata rs 950 and not getting what was promised...i've complaint but issue has not been resolved...i think tata is cheating its customers!!!

i have taken photon plus prepaid 3 days ago and my maximum speed is 15KB\S. Also after i connect to the internet it will be running for some time and then the connection will be showing 0kb\s and i wont be able to open up any page. i had raised a complaing for the same and after 24hrs they called back and said there is no problem from their side and asked me to carry my laptop and modem to TATA gallery. At the gallery they were reluctant in giving the contact number of the service engineer as i am a prepaid customer. They didnt even bother to check the laptop. This is just ridiculous.

I was very Haapy after purchashing
Photon+......Rental-750.....speed- Upto 3.1 Mbps.

Result.....UnHappy...Because

speed- 10kbps is highest. unexpected result.

i was so happy on that
but now my download speed is decreased to 25kbps
and after complating for 2to3 times they will not come for the solutions of our problems

so i am requestig all the people in india to not buy TATA photon+
because they are biggest cheater

sir , i had bought a tata photon plus few days ago , the download speed is very low , even the you tube videos keep on bufferring ...what they promised of 3.1 mbps speed are delivering only 20 to 40 kbps speed in nagpur.

Sir bought tata photon plus because i was thinking that its having very good speed but after buying it i was very shocked as the speed is like dull its download speed remains near to 0.13mb/s to 0.17mb/s i m unable to chat, unable to do anything i m really fed up by dis .Calling customer care is useless they are also not able to solve my problem everything i did deleted cookies ,cleared history everything in run program but nothing is increasing my speed.I thought its up to 3.1mpbs n ill get near to 2 or 1 ...but Please sought out my problem as early as possible because tata having very good name in the market otherwise it wll b spoil like anything.My photon no. is9212310970 from new Delhi .its been registered on the name of Mr.Prem raj arya.
