complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd

I would like to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. for refund the money with a long periodwithout give broadband connection for the following matter:

This is to bring to your kind notice that i have apply a
broad band connection of Bharti Airtel, and I had deposited Rs. 2300(1500+800) for Modem plus installation charge plus advanced rental of 3 months. As per your sales executive,
but after 6 days he says that there is no space for new connection in your area so we can't provide you connection:@.then
i'm say about to refund the money but he told that after 45 days money is refundable .

This time period is too long if there is no space for new connection the why he take the money ,firstly he check the feasibility.


So I seek your kind intervention. I hope you will provide me
proper resolution .
