    Dear Mr. Gurmeet S

    This is to bring to your kind notice that i have taken a
    broad band connection of Bharti Airtel, and my connection was started on 8
    October 2009. I had deposited Rs. 750 for Modem plus installation charge. As
    per your sales executive, Rs 1000 is required for this connection if one
    wishes to take land line phone (instrument) along with the broadband
    connection or otherwise Rs 750 is sufficient for broadband connection, which
    includes Installation plus Modem charge.
    As per my requirement I had deposited Rs 750 and I agreed to take the
    broadband connection without Land Line Instrument. A bill was generated on
    22 October in which Rs 250 was wrongly added as a charge for Land Line
    Instrument as confirmed by your customer care executive.
    I had lodged a complain regarding the above said problem on 11 November and
    a complain no 26356826 was issued to me with an assurance of response with a
    proper resolution within 24 hrs ie. up to 11:00 am dated 12 November.
    Today after waiting for 5 days I again reminded your
    customer care executive about my request number and again I was assured of
    response with a proper resolution within 24 hrs. I hope this may be true but
    I do not have faith on it. Mean while last date of bill payment has also
    crossed.
    So I seek your kind intervention. I hope you will provide me
    proper resolution and will not make me bound for payment of late fee.

    Default complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd

    I would like to file a complaint against Bharti Airtel Ltd. for harassment and
    mental torture for the following matter:

    My Name: P L Patodia
    Airtel Phone No: 4132 9539
    Account No: 1125 8141

    Please note that I have taken above phone for using internet (broadband
    connection). As I shifted my residence, I wanted to cancel the connection. In
    this regard, I telephone to customer care of Airtel and given request for
    cancellation on 17th November 2009. The cancellation request No is 291571
    dated 17th November 2009. The phone was picked up by Mr. Rahman. I was
    informed:

    (a) Phone will be disconnected within 24 hours
    (b) The instrument will be collected within 48 hours.
    (c) The process of cancellation will be completed within 7 days.

    The phone is not disconnected till today (23th November 2009 at 4:30 PM). As
    no action was taken by Airtel, I have contacted customer care of Airtel on the
    following dates:

    (1) On 22nd November 2009 and phone was picked by Mr. Dhananjay
    (2) On 23rd November 2009 and phone was picked by Ms Shilpa.

    Please note that no action was taken even after 144 hours (I was promised that
    phone will be disconnected within 24 hours), I request the honourable court to
    take the necessary action against the company and the following three
    persons:

    (1) Mr. Rahman,
    (2) Mr. Dhananjay and
    (3) Ms. Shilpa
