guyz i took spidigo connection since last 20 days. it disconnects every 20 minutes. plus no speed . never take spidigo guyz it is the worst isp i have ever experienced. tata , reliance are best. in spidigo since last week my location shows australia. if i open yahoo.com it opens au.yahoo.com it self. i cant check even my mails. dis guyz should close dis company after giving refund. i need refund. very low band width isp. not only me, my other friend in my area also have same problems i will never gonna renew der plan and if possible i need refund hardly. if dey give me my half money back though i used it for only 20 days i am redy to take refund. i am from paldi , ahmedabad.
I agree with kavan patel, I have the same problem. Spidigo internet is very third class internet services provider in india. Whenever we need to work on internet at that time internet not work. i have taken 128 kbps plan but that is worthless. It always disconnects and sometimes its home page open very quickly but still login problem as there. No connectivity and call them daily. Spidigo's Slogan According to me and my all friends those who are Suffering like me. The Slogan is spidigo internet services "take our broad band and wireless internet service, we sure that our internet will never work when u need. We are expert in fraud to our customer and this is our policy... Spidigo One and Only,,,, Enjoy.,,,,.
Open Yahoo and redirect to austalian yahoo site...
i am in paldi and as there is no other broad band connection available here, i have opted for this...but their service is very bad.....the speed is way too slow for what i paid...nobody comes if i call up the customer care service....they blame some or the other reason...i pay more money in calling them than for the net connection....and they dont even extend the validity if their servers are down....i think with cheap rates, they have got cheaper quality....they should shut down and give refund...

i have take my connection before 2 months but till now i dont get my payment reciept....
sales exicutive aur coustomer care me call kar kar k mera mobile bill bahut ane laga tab mene reciept ki asha hi chod di hai aur speed and connectivity k bare me to bahut sare comments yaha hai you can chose the majority..
after alll i dont get the connectivity n no speed at all......
Kindly let me know, how we disconnect SPIDIGO connection, because we are facing so many service problem every times. I have already complained but after three days it is not rectified. I have consulted with Mr Gopal(Sales), Mr Aman (I don't his post and deptt.) and so many people on help line number. This is not only my problem but wherever SPIDIGO connection is available they are facing the same service problem. Kindly let me know on urgent basis, how we disconnect. My user id is athar.

as i am regular customer of spedigo net connection from longest period of time. my net not working from sunday and i complained many times from sunday giving call many times.
but you people are not responding to me.
this is not good thing for permanent customer.
i have to alos bare charges of call as i paid you advance cheque so now you do very wrong things.
my all work are pending due to your fullishness.
if my net not ready within today i will take action as legal.
so do it in proper manner.
mr hitesh your technician at home came on saturday and do bad service and net closed at whole after that he told me to change device but after that he is not responding mr bharat also do same thing.
give me prompt reply.
i am waiting for positive reply very soon.

spidigo is not bad broadband services as you all think but this is german company who started here as chandra net.
i have also spidigo connection at 256kbps and i get ful speed all time. sometime more than even my plan but their services is not still open in all area so its depend upon your area i am from ambawadi and i am fully satisfied from spidigo.

opting for spidigo was my biggest fault. Their people only know how to talk with honey but when the honey is stolen they blame the bear. My agent is Mr. Yogendra who is extremely busy....whenever i call him, he just ask for my user id and promisis that the problem will be solved but.....i mistook and took the plan for a whole year. They provide u with worst available service ever.

I have bought broadband from spidigo two months back and found they are totally unprofessional and does not repair their faults at all even after complaining so many times.
I have so many issues regarding connection and speed. Mostly after 6 p.m. I am not able to connect or open a single page. Their networks and speed is worst in my area - Thaltej , Ahmedabad.
I have registered complains about night time speed issues so many times. But after registering complain their technicians just come home and they leave without doing anything wasting my time. They do not even try to solve issue at towers or network level. They all know and accept that service has degraded so much that customers are in total loss.
They shamelessly says to go spidigo office to get issue solved. Dear customer support, if you can not solve problem then why do you come my home ? to waste my time?.
They have done fraud and will try to continue.
Spidigo is not so bad company. I m using spidigo from last 5 months. Ya at some times i have problem in speed and connectivity , i complained about it and they solve my problem. I m using 512 kbps plan. my bandwidth always above 800 kbps. My minimum downloading speed is 65 kbps day time. at night it turn into 100 to 150 kbps.
But their network some time goes down and there is no permanent solution of it. But at time its good and cheap.
From my side choose Reliance, Airtel Wire-line broadband. 650 to 800 Rs. per month plan is very good of it.
Of course i'm with u my plan is 256@ day and 384@ night i'm getting full speed and sometimes i getting very high speed better than my plans..
spidigo is worst internet service provider.
No professional approach to customers.
No connectivity no continuous speed.
NO to Spidigo..
It sucks...
