I have a HSD Netconnect of Reliance. MDN-9371621253. It has been suspended from last 10-15 days. Reason is shown as my Previous bill is outstanding for a Old Reliance Mobile Number (02033317550). I have already paid that Bill in the Year 2004 and Terminated the Services. I have visited the Webworld and forwarded them this attachments also for there reference, but there is no solution. They told me to visit Circle Office ( RELIANCE COMMUNICATION CIRCLE OFFICE MAHRASHTRA & GOA - (KUMAR
CEREBRUM IT Park, B - 2 Bldg. , 7 th. fl. Kalyaninagar, near Gold Adlabs - Pune - 411 014) & Other office ( GM, Near Blue Diamon Hoyel) Koregaon Park). I have visited there also 2-3 times, but no one is ready to raise the issue further about the same.

If I have already paid the Bill and it is not updated in your records, then is it my mistake. Why am i getting this service from
Reliance. How many times should I pay the bill. I have purchased this HSD card 7-8 months back and it was working fine. Then how come this issue is raised after 7-8 months.
