I took the Reliance net connection(499 Rs Plan First Month Free) and paid a sum of 3500/- for the device. I have also provided driving license, Rental Agreement for the proofs. Few days after activating the connection, they disconnected it without any intimation. When I called them they are not responding properly and directing me to different offices. Finally they told me address verification was not positive. Reason phone number invalid (Height of Comedy is that the guy called me on my mobile number and was saying your mobile number is invalid).

Now they are saying that they will not provide post paid net connection for Bachelors. My one month free offer is gone. On top of that they are asking me to pay 350 Rs charges for the past two weeks of usage. after that they will activate my connection as pre paid and that also after 1-2 week later after full investigation(I don’t know what investigation they are going to do).

I am frustrated with their response I want to return their device but they are refusing to take the device back. Now , I have invested 3500/- and I have a device which can’t be used. My money will be wasted. It’s their marketing guy who checked my details and forced me to opt for their product. I don’t have his details. I feel that I have been cheated.

Can I register a case against Reliance Comm?
