    Dear Executive

    Airtel has billed us (account No.13426910) for 2 months an amount equivalent to historically what I used for one full year. On registering our complaint there has been nothing but harassment faced by me. Today their credit control agent Ms.Priyanka Singh from Okhla office called and abused to the extent of calling me a 'Bloody....". Then she moved on to calling me 'chor, kangaal and choicest hindi abuses.

    I too work for an ISP as Sr.Director HR and if any of my employees spoke this way irrespective of their collection targets and how much a customer defaulted I would sack them in one second.

    I can also send you the mail trails where I have been trying to get a resolution from Airtel where as they have nevery reverted with anything in writing and have only called to scream at me and then today I receive this rude call trying to tell me of my intention of not paying. Where is their initiative to close this call?

    Please let me know of the Airtel escalation matrix so that I can rid myself of this connection and problem. I am truly very upset at this behaviour.
