I wish to inform that I AM HARRASED with the services of Airtel Broadband (04040183265) since past 2 months and No body seems to be helping to resolve this FORCED issue on me,
I AM IN NEED TO ESCALATE THIS MATTER TO a decision making authority, I have been deprived of any contact form any senior authority and have been forced to pay bills that Airtel officials forged on to me..
Since last two month I have been asking to resolve this matter as It was mistake at Airtel end or I was deliberately tricked in to this for higher bills I have totally lost hope of anybody from a senior authority to help as I am harassed and being forced to pay the bill that I am not liable to..
I want to take this matter IF NOT RESOLVED immediately to every possible highlight, Newspaper to Media..to Consumer forums, court or to anywhere I get attention to..
I will not leave this matter as I have not been heard and I have totally lost patience of explaining the issue that I have been tricked into…I will ask all my office colleagues 10000 + to be aware of AIRTEL functional and ruffian behavior..
Matter:
· I asked this line to be deactivated in the month of May-June 09 as I had to travel abroad and was going off from the city.
· Instead of complete disconnection the Rep at Airtel converted the Telephone line comes free with Broadband into active converted to a rental plan on going..acumalating 180rs per month WITHOUT INFORMING AND AFTER TAKING CONFIRMATION THAT THERE WOULD NOT BE ANY CHARGE BEING ACTIVE ON MY ACCOUNT ..this in total now 727 rs..
· After my return in Nov 09 I asked to reactivate the line (Being a loyal costomer) and I was informed of this Balance..
· The line was activated but not released the broadband to use Until Dec 27th 09.
· I am charged for the full month of Dec 09. about 800 rs
· Together 727 + 800 = approx 1500 RS is fake and I am not liable to pay..I am happy to pay right away the bill that I have used your service. It is not at all a big money for me to pay but I am not liable to pay this as first I have been tricked and then forced.
I have asked at least 50 times to many reps and no body helps and nobody gives a contact to complain, I HAVE BEEN FORCED TO PAY THIS BILL OR BEING THREATENED TO DISCONNECT THE LINE..Priya from RETENTION DEPT. ??? Is this your retention policy, to trick customer to pay high bill and then force then to pay else disconnect the line??
I HOPE SOMEBODY LOOKS INTO THESE COMPLAINS MAILS LIKE YOUR PHONE REPS THEY ARE USELESS.. AND EXTREAMLY BAD BEHAVED..!!
