Hi,

I sign up for the SIFY wireless service, & was comminted thta the installation will be done in 2 days. But even after a week there is no progess. Even the markleting guy who fill my form is not responding tp my phone calls,
also whne contacted the Manager Mr. Jain ( 9921771999) on 20th Jan2010for the cancellation & giving back my 2 checks, he promised that he will send me the cancellation confirmation email but still eevn after 4 days there is no response.

also when i contacted the the marketing person from a different number he again promised i will receive a cancellation confirmation email by end of the day yesterday, but still I am waiting for the response from their side.

Hence want some fair judgement from you SIR.

Kindly look in to the issue .
