    Default Reliance netconnect broadband speed issue

    I have taken Reliance netconnect broadband conecton at 30-Dec-2009,they are claiming for 3.1 mpbs speed but actually I am getting only 200 kbps at ground floor and 300 to 400 kbps at G+1 floor also I am facing frequent disconnection of Internet.
    there is serious network coverage problem it shows only 2 bars.I am staying at SRT Colony Yakutpura Hyderabad(AP).

    for the same issue I have given a complaint to reliance customer care on 4-jan-2010. they have given me a complaint no. Complaint no is 116677023.Mean while in order to get update for the same issue I made 10 t0 15 calls .Every time customer care team carelessly say to me " our network team will contact You soon".But no one is contacted me for the same till today.

    Kindly advice me What I need to do? I purchased the device for 3570 Rs with activation charges.

    You should have checked the network coverage of the area (through bars on mobile phone) you want to use it in because this is accessing through mobile phone network (mobile sim card inserted in USB netconnect device). I learn't this the hard way after purchasing Airtel net connect (inside the house bar is 1, outside my balcony full 100% strength). In my house, the reliance phone shows 3 bars in balcony, 5 steps into the hall from balcony it drops to one bar.

    The only way this can be solved is by placing a Network tower/Hub on nearby building directly facing your house to get full signal strength. All net-connect Service Providers I talked to after closing my Airtel, said that they can check the speed issue against tariff plan only if the signal strength/bars are full in area where service is used. Vodafone in my house is at full signal strength, however they don't offer an unlimited download tariff plan at a monthly fixed cost.

    I have the same issue, and I got feed back its issue with all broadband+ users of Reliance.

    The Area is Pimple Saudager, Rahatani, Jakhtaab dairy, in Pune, where most of IT ppl live.

    reliance need to put more tower strength there, or more towers itself,

    what we can do this happen ?
