Recently I have very bad service experience with Tata Communication Ahmedabad branch.
My Problem:

I am using Tata broadband connection since last 2 year.
Recently I have shifted my location and I post the one request for shift location on their customer care through phone.
But after that on second day I get the call from Ahmedabad office about new connection. But I told him that I have already your connection but I only want to shift my location.
Then after some days, I got the reply that we have checked the shift location feasibility and your location is not feasible for that.
Then after few days I got the call for again new connection. At that time I have given them my new address and told them that you are feasible for the new connection.
Then they told me that yes, we are able to give you new connection.
After that I have put again one request for the shift location.
but they are not giving me reply after. Only they told me that we have forwarded your request to our concern department.
After that one day I have shown their phone no on TV and I called on that phone no and told for taking new connection.
So at that time on that same day I have got the new connection with in 4 hour.
After few days I got the call from ahmedabad office against my old shift location request that your location is not feasible.
At that time I told them that I got the new connection at my new location then how my old connection is not feasible for shifting on my new location.
At that time they told me that your old connection is WIMAX connection and new on DSL Technology.
After that I found the meaning on WIMAX connection on net, because I dont know what WIMAX connection is.
But surprisely I found that WIMAX means wireless connection and my old connection is not wireless, Its on the DSL Technology.
So for that I have told to their NODAL officer about that but no one gives me the proper answer.
After that I feel that I have lost my validity which end on March 2010. I have put the shift location request in November 2009.
So I lost my 3 month validity and also lost the Rs.2000+ in my new connection.
So, Please advise where I will complain against them.
I have atleast 25 mails with their communication.
Also I have mail in which they told me that your location is not feasible and the receipt of new connection with address proof.
Please guide me, I want to register complain agaist them because I lost the around RS. 100000 income and got the mental stress till last 3 months.
