    Exclamation VERY Delayed New Airtel Connection

    Dear Sir,

    I used airtel broadband connection for a long time but now when i shifted to a new place, i applied for a new connection. A guy from airtel came to our house, we paid him Rs 350 on 27th october, then waited for him to reply back, but didn't get any response then we tried calling customer care and filed report and they told that our connection request is filed on 14th november, due to the fault of Airtel person. Then thy gave us assurance that our connection request will be fulfilled till 21st as the policy of Airtel to provide connection in 7days, but then no one came to our house. We filed 3 different complaint on customer care but they always said that the guy will come. Then on 22rd, we get to know that they canceled our form due to wrong address (as i confirmed the address 2-3 times before that also). Then i gave them same address again on phone, so they told now it will take 1 more day, so we waited for 23rd also. But no one called, so in evening i called customer care and asked them about the status and they replied that it will take one more day and we will surely get the connection on 24th. Today also no one called. Now it is reaching one whole month and we had no connection, also our money is taken. The connection is having with account number as told by customer care : 7000380796.
    We filed 3 complaints, the last complaint id is 312840. It is in Baner road, Pune. Please help us in this. Either provide us our money or internet connection(that will be much better), that will be of great help. The helpline number we used is 020-44444121, but i think it is of no use as we already called more than 7-8times on it.

    We are really very unhappy with the service of Airtel, as we didn't get what is assured. Please look into this matter.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I am using Airtel Broadband connection for the past 5 months without any problem, the connection is in the name of Deepesh Dubey, phone# 0761-4047583.account no.-15795397i am running a cyber cafe, I liked their customer service and in the beginning they didn't disappointment me.
    I was not expecting that airtel would provide this bad services to its costumer. Last time on 16th Nov. Due to some excavation in front of my cyber cafe,the cable get cut, every time i called in the costumer care and also registered my complaint to nearest airtel office situated at Vijaynagar Jbalpur, they used to tell me that we will make a visit in the next 24 hour, but right now after 10 days the problem yet to be resolved.
    I started facing the problem and called in costumer care.
    my cyber cafe in the name of sai cyber cafe is situated in Garha Jabalpur M.P,the wire gets cut. So, when the worker come and says that our wire is cut and the person who is onto this work is absent .
    Its my request that being such a good company with such a good reputation is this type of problem be expected from you all.
    My experience with Airtel is becoming bad to worse. please Look into this matter very seriously and appointment some manpower to do your work more smoothly. Your service is going down.
    Being a user I can only give this suggestion rest is all upon you.

    Post problem with broadband connection

    I am suresh reddy, my number is 08040973161, past 1 years , i am using the airtel broad band connection, i don't faced any problem , still last week, but past 4 days , i am unable to open any website in my cyber cafe center, my customer are dis safication on my cyber cafe, because of slow or unable to open the yahoo mail or gmail. i call to customer care for many time, but my problem is not yet resolved.please look into this problem and give me solution.

    Default complaint regarding broadnet connection No. 01145644641

    my aforesaid connection is not working inspite modem lights are working

    Another main issue is that myself is unable to lodge the complaint through phone as always call drop problem.

    Yr executive committed me for a gift while subscribing the connection, yr company send me a sms to log on the site my airtel/mygift but unable to log on the same.

    U r requested to look into the matter and if yr company is unable to fulfill yr commitment as well as subscriber can not
    lodge the complaint through phone, I have no alternate except to surrender the afore said connection.
