    i had filled the Customer application form on 6th August 2010 and paid Rs.1000 as advance rent.The form number is 2343631.Despite repeated complaints,no one has come to install the connection.The guy who came to book the connection,is not receiving my call.

    I am feeling cheated.

    I got airtel conncetion last month on 12-7-2010 with 1000 ruppes which was adjustable in next bill,
    Plan was of 599 where i was promised to give 4gb data for month and 500 calls by sales person.On 8 of august i got a bill where they charged call charges and also 4gb(200*4) = 800 for internet usages extra.



    They are chargin unnecesarily and i dont have any option please help.

    I, S.K. Rajput having cell no.9589411707 resident at 33, SBI, Colony, Hithital, Gorakhpur, Jabalpur.
    I had applied forAir tel brodband connection plan of Rs. 499/- P.M. through M/s Anshika Communication, Plot no. 6-7, Ahuja complex, 4th bridge, Nepier town, Jaba;pur.and deposited three months subscription of Rs. 1650/- vide cash receipt no.2644 dated 27.07.2010 and it has been assured by the official to provide the service with in two or three working days.
    After three days I contacted on the cell phone printed on money receipt 9993029557 Mr Manish attended the cal and told that the cable has been theft in the night and I am in the loss of about 4500/- and will try to connect the same with in two three days.
    after passing, the assured period Mr. Manish not attended the cal when cell was fully ringing after that the cell find engaged, then I messeged him if the physibility is not available the deposit may please be refund to me.But no response has been received.
    I cal him by my friends cell than on first ring he attended the call, I told him for the same he trusted me to provide the service after concernning with the technisian but reply was awaited.
    Than I contact him with through may friend then he assured him to provide the service with in two days one connection is vacant at their.
    But I contact him for refund money since such type of negelgency I not intrested for net connection and my deposit and papers should be refund. for which the assurance again given by him two days.
    In view of the above act the concerrned person cannot completing his promiss.
    I could not understand such type of negelengency please take necessar steps and arrange to refund of money and documents submitted by me.

    Unhappy Not got Refund

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I applied for the Airtel Broadband internet connection on 31-July-2010. My application no: TBLR 0143221.
    I applied for 799 SL plan and I paid 5 months advance of Rs. 3995 to the Airtel executive.
    The sales executive was Mr. Ravikumar C.
    The sales executive said to me that I will get the connection within 7 working days. But untill now I have not got the connection.
    Later I got a call from Airtel that the connection will not be available in my area.
    I raised a refund request with Airtel with reference no: 36495044 on 16-Aug-2010. But untill now I have not got even a single call from Airtel, regarding what's happening.
    Request you to please help me with getting my money back. Else, I am planning to go to the Consumer court to file a case against Airtel.

    Exclamation I Need to know whether my plan exists even in future or not!!!!

    Dear Sir/Mam,
    As i was using this connection for the past 1 year... My plan was Rs.599/month , unlimited downloads with 128 kbps speed... As i was using your connection for a long period so they have announced me an offer as my connection speed was increased into 512 kbps because of using it for a long time... Now the speed also increased... now i would like to further continue this plan , but i had a doubt if i further continued this plan the same speed will exist for me or not... And i had a great doubt that can i able to continue this scheme for the same pay of Rs.599/month.... i need to know the solution as soon as possible.....
