Dear sir,
I have applied for broadband internet connection for one month(15/10/2011) before in delhi Region. I have paid Rs. 500 to the executive (500 + photo+ document. He filled some forms and retuned back the copy to me, and finally he said it would take 4-5 days for the installation.
applied date:-15/october/2011
now date 27/november/2011.an i did more complain regularly on customer care at date 14/nov/2011 but Airtel did not solve my problem, and i called the executive, but he is not giving any response answer and even not attending my call.and when i complain customer care than they do call me for installation but no body come to my location.
i needed the reasonable response within 2 days, otherwise i will take a serious action against this Airtel Activities.
i will not leave this matter without serious. i will go to the consumer court,
And i am already an Airtel Customer using Airtel prepaid connection.
please reply me soon...otherwise i will take serious action against airtel..i will tell all matter to airtel manager level..
