    Default no service from airtel

    Dear Sir Madam,
    I am shaik malik ahmed faced from 3 months from your airtel BAD SERVICE. Kindly rectify my problem . lastly i dont have choice to disconnect your airtel connection and i will go for other best connections.

    My Bradband Airtel Number is 044-42809446. complaint number-5895036
    and i called several times and many people from your airtel all are just playing and time passing but no one taking action. even i am losing hope that this my try also maybe time waste only .

    Dear sir,

    I have applied for broadband internet connection for one month(15/10/2011) before in delhi Region. I have paid Rs. 500 to the executive (500 + photo+ document. He filled some forms and retuned back the copy to me, and finally he said it would take 4-5 days for the installation.
    applied date:-15/october/2011

    now date 27/november/2011.an i did more complain regularly on customer care at date 14/nov/2011 but Airtel did not solve my problem, and i called the executive, but he is not giving any response answer and even not attending my call.and when i complain customer care than they do call me for installation but no body come to my location.
    i needed the reasonable response within 2 days, otherwise i will take a serious action against this Airtel Activities.
    i will not leave this matter without serious. i will go to the consumer court,
    And i am already an Airtel Customer using Airtel prepaid connection.

    please reply me soon...otherwise i will take serious action against airtel..i will tell all matter to airtel manager level..

    Hello sir/madam ,
    i have a airtel broadband connection on the name of Amit Kumar M (No-08042177525).On 14 November 2011 i have requested to cancel my airtel service and the request number for the cancellation is 7238960, i have been to told that it will be done with in 7 calender days and now nearly 15 days are over no action has been taken .Many time i have called to airtel customer care center , but really no use.They will be saying your problem will be solved as soon as possible. Then next day one call from airtel side in response asking the repeated question's why you want cancel our service ? Ask your friend's if any one want to have airtel broad band if they then you can transfer your broad band to his /her name.Now my main concern is as airtel only failing to cancel my service i will/can not be hold responsible for any service amount after 21 nov 2011.Now i am sick of airtel service / behavior.

    Angry very bad service form airtel people

    I had deactivated my service before leaving for abroad and after 3 month when i came back i paid all pending amount and asked for reactivation but i have been chasing for 10 days to everybody in airtel, calling every day to customer care but there is no response from them. i had even mail confirmation from Nodal officer that by 24rth nov it will be activated but no body has turned up till 30 nov. it has been a very bad experience dealing with their people who give false promise and next time when you call, very nicely put responsibility on other dept.

    airtel service has gone really bad and i reccomend everybody to stay from them..

    Dear Concerned,

    I have the same problem as mr sudeep kumar , the airtel customer care personnel Sai - 9959458787 never picks my or even my roommate calls and never replies back. HE took 1000rs from us 2 weeks back saying that the connection will be done in 3-4 days but till date no connection .Once he picked up my call and I even told to complain against him on that note he cuts my call. This is when we got a pamphlet at our place with airtel logo and his phone number to get new connection advertisement . Please can some take any action on this and if yes please do reply back , it really hurts we don't have a connection yet .

    Please take action this Sai guy looks fraud to me .

    Post complaint against airtel broadband services

    I was using airtel wi-fi system from march 12,2012 and I was very happy to get excellent speed on the first month,but now a days after my first bill cycle,i was very much confused about the services and I didn't get the speed from april 12th,2012...In the first month I was downloaded upto 80 GB and i got speed upto 250 kbps at night but now in this month i m getting only 20-30 kbps either at night or in daytime.and I have downloaded this month upto 8 GB but still i am not getting the accurate speed which i was getting in the first month..I was told by the customer care executive that there is no hidden charges in airtel.....bt still I didn't beleive.Actualy I am getting the worst speed
    plzzzz take some necessary action .

    Default AiRTEL HIRING CHEAP GOONS FOR RECOVERY

    Airtel are hiring chesp goons for amount recovery . Using abusive languages on calls . I think it is time to record those calls and sue Airtel . Guys , whoever is reading this please let us join hands, get united and teach these airtel guys some manners .

    Default refund of deposit as connection not given

    this is to bring to your kind notice that I have applied for a broadband connection last year on 11 august,2011 but the connection was not given to me stating that there were no empty connections on the DP. Its was told to me that the advance would be refunded through a cheque which has not been done till date. I have repeatedly done complaints regarding this at 121 as well as the airtel center but the complaint has not been redressed. I hereby seem to have no way out to get my money back. If the money is not refunded by the end of this month I would have no choice but to put you up in the consumer court. So do the best.

    Angry Rude behaviour & delay in connection

    Hello there

    I am Chitta Ranjan Mishra a resedent of East Marredpally Secunderabad.
    I have taken Airtel Broadband connection on 4th of this month.I was told that connection will be given then and there itself by a telecaller named SUNITA while briefing me about the connection.I have paid rs 500 for which even i was not given any receipt.when i asked i was told that connection will be given on Saturday which has not happened.I got a call on Sunday saying that some technical people are coming at around 10 a.m to connect.I waited till 2 pm and called back to the person whom i have paid.I asked him is this the way AIRTEl works ?His name is kirthi. He started scolding me in a rude manner.Then i have informed to area manager Mr Devdas he has follwed up the situation and told me that he will reply soon but still there is no reply about my airtel broadband connection.Please tell me is it my mistake that i have chosen airtel or i have paid money to get scolded by unknown people ?
