    Default Reliance Broadband+ not working

    HI

    My data card no is 9310295196. (Delhi)

    I am facing a frequent disconnect and network connectivity problem for last 1 month. I have registered many complaints but every time i got reply that it will be resolved in 3 days. but even after 1 month , the 3 days are not over for them.

    Even after paying for braodband service, i am getting only CDMA speed and that too frequent disconnect.

    Please do the needful to solve my problem.

    Hello,

    As you mentioned that the customer care people are not able to solve the issue even after 1 month followup, so send a written complaint to the Nodal office on bellow mentioned address.
