I am a customer of YOU Telecom since last 3 yrs No 153643.
It has been 3rd month in row. I have been getting wrong bills in spite of payment made on time at their counter via check. They show payment is made but still continue to send high bill amount including previous month.
It is a shame on their service, repeated calls and visit at their office has gone on deaf ears.
If you are not going to sort out this problem quickly, I will have to go ahead and seek help from Consumer Court.

Hi, I am a new member, and need help. I had requested an internet
connection sometime last month. The representative of 'You Telecom'
arrived and collected my check on the 10th of November 2008. He assured
me a connection within 7 working days. a week later and after many
calls to him I was told that due to 'feesability' the company would not
let me have a connection. I therefore asked the representative to
return my check. He agreed to return it the next day. after many phone
calls and 2 mails to 'You telecom' I have not yet got back my check.

Very simple, stop payment the cheque immediately without wasting single second.
You can do this by telebanking which is free of cost.
If you do not stop payment the cheque, and if party deposits this cheque and get
paid, then you will have to take some step. Smart work is just stop the cheque
now.
