    Respected Sir/Madam

    I have bought photon tata indicom broadband connection, the no. is 9212510581 for 3500/-, from uttam nagar new delhi, I have submitted all the address proof like PAN Card, License, and the Vehicle registration certificate, but still the connection is not activated.

    Kindly look in the matter, and guide me lodge a official complaint against photon tata indicom, apart from this kindly send me the details of any lawyer, I will pay their fee.

    Default Tata Photon internet connection worst service provider

    I have bought photon tata indicom broadband connection, the no. is 9223965892 for 3500/-, from Vashi Navimumbai,
    I had asked for the connection in the month of Dec'09..and the Engineer came after 10days for activation..but it didnt work....

    Now nearly 2months has gone and still my connection is not activated.I had logged more that 5 complaints from all possible source (Email,Online) but it didnt worked.

    I had followed up for more than 15times in last 2 months..but all in vain.

    I am frustrated with their customer service and need to take this up strongly with the Consumer court and want to take a strong action against the Tata Photon Services.....

    Kindly look in the matter, and guide me lodge a official complaint against photon tata indicom.

    Default Deactivation of Tata photon plus services despite payment of bills

    Sir/Madame,
    I am a subscribe for Tata photon plus since last five months and my account number of Tata indicom services for the same is 976751923. I have been paying my bills for the post-paid services of Tata photon plus regularly. Now they have deactivated my tata photon plus services for non-payment of bill for the month of March, 2010 even though I have paid my bill for the same month through cheque payment. I have paid the bill through a cheque (cheque no.167396, Sangli Sahakar Bank, Dadar branch) and the cheque has already been encashed and an amount of Rs.1760.00 has been deducted from my bank account. The call centre employees have been harassing me by calling often despite telling them that the bill has already been paid and the cheque has been encashed on 27th March, 2010. Despite my giving all the details of the payment, no attempt has been made by them to find out when the money from my account has been transferred to Tata indicom account. Hence, through your medium, I would like to request the concerned authorities at the Tata indicom services to find out what has happened to my cheque amount which has already been encashed and to punish the culprits at their call centres and consumer care services for causing my severe inconvenience by deactivating my Tata photon internet services.

    Default Regarding wrong billing

    I kamlesh agarwal purcahse tata photon+ last week and within 2 days connection disconnected due to non payment of bill. So i visit mira road tata gallery & they told me to call 022-65102309 but i never got this number free to complaint. So i visit this site to complaint. My tata account number is 977267043. But tata company wrongly accounted two additional number which is 977260331 & 601614476 and this wrong number bill oustanding of rs.1169 & 1618 respectively.
    I never use account number 977260331 & 601614476 so why should i pay bill? Please attend my wrong billing problem imediately & continue my account number service
    MY MOBILE NUMBER IS 9833243569 SO CONTACT ME ON THIS NUMBER FOR ANY CLARIFICATION OR DOUBT

    Hi,

    I had purchased the Tata Photon plus kit 2 days (number 9243323027 )with an assurance that it will be activated in few hours...After 48 hours its still inactive.The service provider has no clue on how much loss iam incurring because of their laziness in just activating a service.Why do you run a business when you cannjayot committ to the basic guidlines of activating your product.Kindly let me know how many days i need to beg with your customer service folks for this.

    Kindly have the patience to respond back.

    Default complaint against Tata Indicom - photon plus

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    on 27th august 2010 i had given Rs 3000/= with all my PAN card copy address proof and i was promised the next day which is 28th August 2010 i would get my device. but since than i am waiting nobody has come to deliver me the device and nobody is even interested to return me back my money. i have called at thei customer care center atleast 5 times and they promist to that with 24 hours you would get your device but it has already been one week and nobody still has delivered device to me .

    please help me to register official compaint against thet Tata Indicom photon plus team my account number is 977738183and application id no is: 3169127 and the worst part is my services are activated from last 1 week that means my meter is ticking with tata indicom but i am not able to enjoy the services of my own money.

    please help me file official compaint against the company

    Hi,

    this regarding TaTA photon no 9243360796

    I was using TATA photon Plus by paying 1550/-. the seller visited my home and with out giving any demo he said tata stand first in India wrt to speed n v don provide any demo he sold the product to me. 1 week i struggled to get it activated when tata promises 2 days from the day of purchase to activate.
    I made many follow up with customer care n the visited the seller at his door step. each time i visit they use to take all document n asking RS 50/- to get it stampped from lawyer as lawyer fees. In one week almost lost about 200/- +phonecalls to customer care about 100/- and petrol charge about 1000/- to visit tata photon office at richmond road,bangalore .

    after these many invetments finally it got activated then its come to 2nd problem, the speed!!! tata promises 7.1mbps of speed but wat i was getting was around 10kbps, again i started investing by calling customer care but there was no resolution. with kind of service i still paid first month bill as customer care promised that they will resolve my issue n pay bill but there is a limit as it goes as usual for the following month .

    finally i decided not to pay any bill and i stopped using the device as it was horrible to use at that speed. still i was getting alerts saying my usage crossed the threshold limit and my speed has been capped, even i was not using how come it will cross the threshold!!!!Finally the person visited my door step to collect bill amount, now how can i pay for which i have not used at all.

    I refused to pay as i dint use the device n its impossible to use with that speed n tata claiming that i have used more the 10 GB with that speed in one month, cant hold my laugh...

    Now tata has issues legal notice to me saying to pay 1857/- + 500 lawyer fees.

    I request tata to pay my 1550+1000 petrol charge+about 1000/- for the phone calls i made to richmond circle office and customer care. total 3550/- before ask ur bill amount which i have not used.

    U do watever, i don want to pay a single penny to u. ur robbing innocents legally.. and I will raise my voice against it, and claim for ur torture from consumer court..

    Default Charged me for 3 months after cancellation

    Dear !

    I have requested for my service cancellation for Tata Photon+ during March 2011 and I have paid all the outstanding bills on my account. After that also Tata Teleservices has started sending me the bill and recently sent me notice to lok adalat to pay the bill of 1802 /- for the monhts of May -2011 and Jun 2011. When I called the tata teleservices executive, They were givinging me the below details..

    As per their cancellation policy, Tata teleservices will call again to retain the connection and since no body replied to that call.... they have continued the connection for another two months and forced me to pay the bill for another two months.

    This is very bad practice by such a great TATA Group..... Infact I am also a Tata Group Employee (TCS) , Feeling Shame for such a cheating practices by another TATA company.

    Since I do not want to go to LOK ADALAT and fight with these people, I have paid the bill of 1802/- again.

    Hope to see some good practices ......
