    Exclamation i want to step aginst tata photon legal notice

    Sir,
    Hi concerned, this is regarding the "tata photon" which was purchased from "naihati true value shop".Last june-2011 i went to naihati shop to brought tata photon plus service for my study,and told him that my earning capability is not good so, give me a lowest rechargeable prepaid connection but their two persons told me- we have not prepaid connection in tata,tata only post paid connection and brainwashed me and forcibly give me a post paid connection.But i had continuous told him my capability only 500 rupees per months,they said don't wary we give u 650 plain and that plain u use unlimited.After purchased this I had called the customer care and asked them for prepaid connection,they had told me shops members misguide u for fulfill their business target,prepaid connection is available all time.Then after one months they send me 3158.00 rupees bill.After so money time i had told him that this was impossible for me plz disconnect this connection, but as a true man i give u monthly 650.00 rupees.

    But they
    continuous threatening me and last tuesday-19th dec send me a legal notice,sir, so please protect me from this problem.Tata photon number-09231096684,Account number-938215719.

    Hi,

    I'm also facing the same issue with Tata Photon +. I have disconnected the connection october 2011 itself but they are charging 350rs as the rental charge for Nov2011 and 2199rs for other charges. Where I paid all the outstanding amount by 8th Nov 2011. But still they are asking some outstanding amount which has no clue. I asked for full detail but they are simply saying this is my outstanding amount. From their side only I got confirmation on 28th Oct 2011 that there is no outstanding amount pending in my account. Here is the latest communication between me and customer care.

    Hi,

    I don't understand what is this "as per your plan rentals has been charged, we request you to clear outstanding amount of Rs. 2554/". I'm telling as per my plan my rental is 750rs per month. After network adjustment only I paid 481/-. for Oct 2011 (confirmation from your mail dated 08-NOV-11(Ref: M5683134))

    Regarding cancellation of connection here is the full detail. As per the ref no:M4934232 the cancellation for the connection has been accepted on 28th Oct 2011. See below for more detail:

    "However, please be informed that your request for cancellation has been registered on 28-Oct-2011 and the reference number for the same is 284757939. We therefore request you to kindly make a note of this reference number for us to assist you better in future.

    We would like to inform you that 漯:p>

    堔he billing on the above mentioned connection would stop on the 4th day from the date on which the request was raised.

    堙our total outstanding amount till date is Rs.00 /-.

    堔he expected time to process your cancellation request would be 15 days."


    So according to the above statement it is clear that there is no outstanding amount in my name until 28th Oct 2011. After that I never used this connection and I paid 481rs as the monthly rental for Oct 2011. After this connection has been disconnected. So how there are outstanding amount still pending in this account. I paid all the rental in time. So let me know explian from where you calculated this 2554rs. If you want to do legal action without having no reason then I'm also ready for this. It is not that randomly you are charging the money and we are here to just pay for this ridiculous service. Do you know what I'll do with that photon device which I paid 2000rs which is no use now. If you want take this useless device then take it but no money. Till now I paid the rental in humble way so don't try to mess around further.

    Serioulsy I'll take this to Consumer Court as they are really harassing people with no reason. Without solving their core problem(Network issue and speed problem), they simply drag people's leg by putting legal notice to earn money in some way. U do watever, i don want to pay a single penny to u. ur robbing innocents legally.. and I will raise my voice against it, and claim for ur torture from consumer court..

    False billing by Tata services has left me harassed. This company is a complete fraud.

    I have been charged for Rs. 1845 even after asking these people repeatedly to terminate my connection!!!

    I have a Tata Photon+ connection (Photon number 9230540461) and I had requested for immediate termination of my services consecutively for 3 months after paying my outstanding bills and I then i left the country for UK. Every time being told that my termination will only be processed once I have cleared the bills. (1st request in the Month of July, 2nd in August and 3rd in September)

    But these guys never bothered to process my request on each of these 3 occasions even after me paying them their bills for three consecutive months in vain just to get my connection turned off!!!
    After receiving a bill for the month of September, I issued a formal complaint dated 28th of november 2011 to Miss Uma Roychowdhury via email (after trying to call her from UK not once but several times, her number +919038000121 never works actually) and I have got no reply from her ever since!

    This is to inform the Tata group that I am strictly not paying this outstanding false amount or any more bills (not even a penny) and wait for you guys to turn my connection off permanently like I have done thrice before already. Doing this will again only give you another opportunity to retain my connection and then charge me again for the same claiming that you will only process my request after I pay your bill and then you guys will forget to do anything at all...and then ask me to pay again.

    I have faced the same incident 4 times in a row now and I am willing to take the matter up to the court if required because I have the proof of your absolutely corrupted and unprofessional behavior!!!!

    Please terminate my connection without any further delay!!!
