i have been using bsnl broadband plan 750 ul since july-09(phone no 0821-2410230... i applied for a plan change to home 500 (2.5 gb free) on 29th October.
Bsnl people told me that the plan will get change in 2 days or it will change next month in december as they change the plan on every 1st of the month.
So i called them on 2nd November to know if my plan has changed or not . They responded that it has not been changed and it will change next month.
So i started using unlimited internet again , but i realized on 7 th nov sudden change in speed .So i called them again , they told me it has been changed to home 500.
My usage details is as shown below
Total Download Volume(MB) : 21169.75
Total Upload Volume(MB): 3696.36
Total Volume (MB) :24866.10
Total Duration (HH:MM:SS) :190:52:34
Chargeable Units(MB) Excluding Night Unlimited : 230.18 MB
And i connected and disconnected the modem at 2:15 and 7:45 respectively while downloading.
Now they have given me bill of 4361 Rs . i don't understand how they calculated so much usage as portal clearly shows the usage. i went to bsnl to log a complaint regarding this , but they told me that they calculated all usage under the same plan ie Home 500. This aint fair as they told me the plan will not change and they changed the plan .
Please look into this matter
