    Default Wrong Bill from Airtel Broadband...........

    Hi,

    I am Mr. Prashant Hiremath. My Landline number is 08042056117. On 16th December, I got a call from Airtel saying that, my unbilled usage has crossed Rs. 21,000/- so I need to make a payment. I was really shocked and didn't know what to do. I am using this conenction for almost two years now and I never crossed the plan. My average billing is always within the allowable. I am using a 15 GB free download/upload at Rs.2,222/- per month. My bill including taxes is Rs.2,444 or Rs.2,556 in the last four months (the day, I changed the plan and shifted to new plan). I am very honest, I didn't do anything strange and my usage is very normal and is same as in other months. But, I don't understand how can they bill me Rs.39,210 after discount for free usage (15GB). I can't even imagine if I can ever pay this much on Internet Service. Everytime, I call a Customer care executive, they say, they are not able to access the bill now so ask me to call again. If you go through my profile, I already called 7 to 8 times regarding this issue. I had so many sleepless nights, in addition I am not able to concentrate on my routine works because of high tension. I depend on internet service for my livelyhood but some one starts humiliating me in such a manner, I don't know how can I survive?
    Today also I got a message saying that the current unbilled amount is Rs.21,000 for this billing period. This has added the fuel to my burning soul. If it goes on like this, one day I have to hang myself as I can't even dream of paying such huge amounts for Broadband services. I am already having tough time because of the bill I received. Believe me, my working hours reduced from 8 to 4 hours per day as I am not able to concentrate on work and all the time, the bill hits my mind and I get worried, what will happen to my life? I am not single, I have a wife and small kid who are totally dependent on me and if something happens to me, they will come on road. For the mistake of Airtel, I am already loosing my business and money, if it keeps on going, I don't think I can survive for long.
    I am writing so much because, I am worried about my future and family. I am really feeling like I am humiliated and Airtel is taking undue advantage of innocent customers. Please some one look in to it and help me out. I along with my wife and son will greatly appreciate your help.
