I have opted for 950 plan which has 2 GB in Night and 10 GB in Day time has free usage.
As per the billing period in between 28 th of November to 27 th of december my total usage is 8 GB which is well within the total free usage of the opted plan. There is some problem in your billing system the reason being unless it considers all the 8 GB of my usage as day time there is no possibility of these excessive charging of 4400 Rs after my free usage .To have charged 4400 Rs I should have used 20 GB of data (12 GB Free + 8 GB of Normal usage) than only it is possible to have charge these amount. And since i am well aware of the night usage of the plan, to the maximum extent i have used the internet only in the night time
And from 12 th of december my connection has been deactivated for which i have registered a complaint but till now i have neither got any communication nor that connection got activated. I have explained the same to the customer care but it is of no use there are unable to rectify these
I had a good opinion on tata services which has made me to purchase the datacard though i got warnings from my friends that tata billing system is erratic (like unable to differentiate between day and night usage) ,now i am convinced to the core that it was a huge mistake to have taken these datacard. usually the customers of datacard will be the people who are having a greater need for the mobile connectivity, now the usage has been deactivated since dec12 than what purpose will it serve us,ur irresponsible erratic billing system should be rectified at the earliest and I need a detailed email on why i have been charged 4400 rs which is in way beyond my usage

I was happy to know it was already blocked because of the credit limit approached though services got blocked.
