I am using the broadband past 6 months. I see a so many flaws in the company

1. During installation, the instrument of the fixed line provided by them was the old version and dosent even functions properly. Asked for replacement, never got any responce so far

2. Whenever there is any powercut in the area, the broadband as well as the landline goes dead. Absolutely not functioning. I have been complaining it with customer care as well as the local reliance manager since the day i got the connection. No response so far.

My complaint numbers are:

Upon this, on every bill dispatch, they notify through messages 8 to 9 times a day. Upon late payment or non payment, many executives call to remind the payment. This is nothing but mental harassment. Please help with this regard.
