    Default MTNL Broadband

    Dear Sir,

    my telephone no 25364375 with broadband connection is out of order from last two months.I lodged several complaints to 1504 (help line)every time i receive a call that AAP KA PHONE TIK HAI, but my phone was ok but broadband was out order no connectivity. Due to this problem i have pending last three bill now the phone is also disconnected. So i need the reversal of my all last three bills which is pending.

    The SDM of Dwarka sector 8 told me that JA YAHA SE NAHIN SAHI KARVATA KARLE JO KARNA HAI. This is not right way to talk with customer I go there to talk why my complaint was not solve till date.

    So, you are requested to solve my broadband connection & phone which is also disconnected.

    Dear Sir,

    my telephone no 25364375 with broadband connection is out of order my work is suffer. I am doing trading on regular basis but from last three-two months i am not able to do trading from my home PC. So please look into my matter urgently so that i can do trading. I have already lodged complaint earlier that at consumer court for the reversal of last two bills without using internet i will be not able to pay last two months bill and including this month bill also. So i request the consumer court please look into this matter as soon as possible because my work is suffer. I am the only one person in my family who earn income from share trading but from last three months (28/dec/09) my family is also suffer because there is no income. If anything happen in my family without eating food then i will taken more action to MTNL Broadband including the SDO of Dwarka sector 8.
