Billing Issues with BSNL I have been having a hard time locating the accounts manager who is to be dealing with the billing issues on my Broadband line. I initially had issue with the User ID not passing the Authentication for which my internet was down in the month of August from 8th to the 23rd for this I paid the whole months charge of Rs. 990/-. After this I was not in town and hence my internet has been disconnected since the 2nd of October till date. Everytime I contact the BSNL office they tell me to talk to Technical Support. I called up Technical Support and they asked me to call another number after going around in circles, everytime someone answers the phone, they sound least bothered and eager to hang up. I decided to walk into the BSNL Office. Since I am resident of Nandini Layout, Bangalore, I went to the closest center near Navrang Circle, they asked me to go to the Billing office opposite to Navrang Theater, when I went to the Billing Office they asked me to go to the Magadi Road Office. This is again going in circles. Please help me locate the right person to contact to rectify the billing.
