I took an Airtel broadband connection on the 17th of November(17-11-09). on 20th of November when i contacted the company they said that they cannot provide a connection to me due to technical problems. i was told by the company that my money would be refunded in one week but more than 25 days have passed and i have not received any money from the company. whenever i call them, their representatives tell me that my amount would be refunded in 3 days which they have not done.

I also applied on 16th Nov for a broadband conneciton with Airtel (Bharti Airtel limited) and on the same context they did not provide any connection or have refunded the money yet.
Please do let me also if you hear on how to get the refund.
