    Default submitted papers & money for new connection,but still not get connection

    Hi
    I submitted required papers with Cheque no 497780 dated 11/10/09 Rs - 500.
    to distance telecom( Reception Phone- 01123238383, 01123237890, Area Manager moblie no.- 09868399494) for new Mtnl broadband connection.
    I received following details regarding my new connection
    CA No.- 2033256422
    OB No.- 18832
    and i called so many time on reception,after 55 days they said your no. is registered in wrong exchange so give me again documents , i sent all document through mail to Area Manager email id(vinvailpil@yahoo.co.in) again again but still i have not got facility of internet connection at my residence.

    Default MTNL - New Connection pending with 2.5 Month.

    Hi
    I submitted required papers with Cheque no 497780 dated 11/10/09 Rs - 500.
    to distance telecom(Add:- Mata sundri road, Canaught Place, Reception Phone- 01123238383, 01123237890, Area Manager - Mr. vinish's moblie no.- 09868399494) for new Mtnl broadband connection.
    I received following details regarding my new connection
    CA No.- 2033256422
    OB No.- 18832
    and i called so many time on reception,after 55 days they said your no. is registered in wrong exchange so give me again documents , i sent all document through mail to Area Manager email id(vinvailpil@yahoo.co.in) again again but still i have not got facility of internet connection at my residence. Neither they are issuing any connection nor giving cash back.
