I had purchased the Reliance data card online. Customer executive from Vriti infocom provided us datacard. It was activated for 4 days and later card was deactivated. When I called Webworld for the deactivation issue, they told me it is suspended due to negative address verification. When I asked them what is negative address verification as I have already provided the documents so they told me as I am staying in Bhiwandi and you cannot purchase the datacard outside Bhiwandi webworld. So when I tried to contact Vriti Infocom for the cancellation of the datacard and refund me my amount Rs 3500 as I have not used at all. Executive name Dinesh (Mobile No. 9920551022) told me that he has raised a request for the refund and it will take around 2 weeks. This issue took place around 3 weeks back and then after I am regularly calling him for the refund. 2 weeks back he gave me the no. of Vikas (Noida Mobile No.: 09015408136). When I called him he told me that your cheque is ready and it will be submitted to you in 3 days. but now he is not picking up the phone and neither Dinesh is giving reply regarding when I will be getting refund.

Could you please take action against Vriti Infocom. I will be highly obliged for the same.
