Hi,
I am using reliance broadband connection from last 1.5 years. My user ID is: 5000000025926.
Whole year, I was suffering from internet connection issue along with speed issue. I have not raised complaints frequently as I thought the issue might get resolved. But from last month onwards, the connection lost and speed issue is coming regularly. So I have raised few complaints. No actions has been taken on those complaints apart from closing the tickets without taking my feedback.
Finally I have raised ticket for disconnection. the ticket number is 173530870 on 27th Feb 2012. The customer care told me that someone will contact me within 48 hours but till now I did not get any call. So today, I have again called customer care and asked the status and I was surprised by his answer. His answer was: I was contacted yesterday evening and I have refused to talk.(bit funny because I was not called at all by reliance guys and why should I refuse to talk?)
This is not the first case where customer care has logged the false consumer feedback in the tickets. Please check the previous ticket raised on 24th Feb for disconnection and read the comments. The comment in that ticket says "Customer is happy with connection and wanted to continue using services"(again funny, why I will cancel the disconnect request?).
Please take the appropriate action on this item and one humble suggestion for you guys: Please never ever logged false status comments in the open ticket. Learn to gain customers by providing quality service.
This is my final take on this ticket and in future I will consider my net connection as disconnected and will not entertain any bills.
