I can Help You. Are u Able to login in your account. It seems to be a problem with the Modem's router Configuration. Sometimes Even if the reliance Accepts the Plan Activation, It is rejected by the Modem.
It can be solved by Logging into modem router (Using Your ID/Password) remotely through telnet(Advanced Usage).
