I have Airtel Broadband Connection with landline telephone, under the 256 Kbps, Unlimited Rs.2222 plan. The speed that I get is only 40 to 60 Kbps at any given time. I have been complaining to Airtel regularly and they keep telling me that is all we will get under the plan.
In other countries like the US, if they service provider does not provide the contracted bandwidth, he will be penalized heavily by the govt and can lose the license. Here, they are laughing at me and ridiculing me for expecting more than the given speed.
What should I do to get my rights restored.
