    If you are wondering what am I talking about just look back in this thread...


    I raised my problem regarding Airtel Broadband on 23.03.2011 and I got a reply on 24.03.2011 that the team is working on the resolution. And on 28.03.2011 I was informed that it may take a little more time to resolve it and Finally on 31.03.2011 I got a reply that the problem is solved and also I got a call from "Airtel Presence" that the money will be refunded. But the address to which the amount to be sent was not asked to me and none contacted me there after. Kindly look into the situation asap.

    Airtel & All concerns,

    First installation was scheduled 3-Sep-11 around 9:00 AM, FAILED
    complaint logged on 4/09/11 with serice request number 11576223 for Technical Issue, Assistance numbser 9867135943,(Allways switched off)
    Again some very kind poeple logged a complaint on 54/09/11 with Customer request 11602011 for Engineer Related Assistance number 9867135943,(Allaways switch off).
    Then again on 07/09/11 the great support team logged a new Customer request 11662578 for Engineer related, Assitance number very old 9867135943,(Allaways switch off).

    To get installation schedule for 21-Sept-11 arround 3:0 PM. (What is the TAT for new connections ?).

    Above logs can conclude that Airtel TV is a cheap, Poor service, negligent and bunch of dead poeple's nest.

    I cant rely on this company's services in future.

    I want my money refunded.

    Hope some reply on this and confirmation of refund OR I will visit the Cusumer court.

    All these mail communications & customer care telephonic talks I did was recorded that will be used for evidence of false commitment.

    This mail will be posted on all possible forums and social networks to make poeple aware of this junk services.

    This is Ganesh here, holding Airtel number 9900414140.

    I generally liked Airtel and using it for more than 5 years.

    But recently all my balance is flying for no reason. Later I realized it is due to some devotional pack which I never activated. They are taking off 5 rupees every day without my consent.

    I have lost a lot of money because of this. How can they activate some VAS packages without even asking me?

    Also their customer care executive is not reachable.

    Its time I migrate to some better services. But please help me take appropriate action against them. Thanks.

    My Name is Naresh Kandra, working with hewlett-packard(hp) as Network engineer in Bangalore,As i was a loyal customer to your network i took airtel broadband internet connection in the month of july final week 2011,The package described by the Technician who installed the software and configured the modem was 649 rupees,2 megabits per second with 3 gigabyte download data,he clealy mentioned the speed would come down to 256 kbps after the 3 gb download but the download would be unlimited, unfortunately after crossing the 3 gb download limit the speed remained the same and my download crossed 15 gb, Now my bill was around 1800 rupees,i was totally frustrated and dint want to fight with you guys though you charged lot of amount maintaining loyalty,I called Airtel tech support in sep 11-2011 and requested them for cancellation,After taking cancellation complaint number i recieved million calls from you guys requesting me to reactivate the account,I was kind to them and explained each and everyone clearly the situtation happened,They have taken the information and said the account is cancelled.But they have sent the september bill again though i cancelled the account,I really dont have words to show my frustration on you guys,I was totally pissed off and went to Airtel customer care office which is near jayadeva hospital,They understood my concern and accepted the fact and supported me and gave your e-mail address,so i am e-mailing you now,I wouldnt mind before recommending people in my office to take airtel connection because airtel is such a wonderful network but service is pathetic,After getting cheated from you guys,I would never suggest my friends and my colleagues in my office to take airtel anymore,I dont mind going to consumer court also,The way you guys cheated me was ridiculous and am feeling ashamed of you people,PLease tell me the figure i need to pay after seeing my records in your computer,I cannot pay you the the amount you told me to pay as it was not reasonable, Please give jobs to people who can give correct informarion and increase the reputation of your company,

    Thumbs down Airtel Broadband complaint

    Hello,

    I have subscribed Airtel broadband services 3 weeks ago with CEF No-2936305. Airtel Executive “Abhishek (9911080003)” called me and came to my home which didn’t take 10 hours. I gave him the cheque and he disappeared. I am calling him continuously & he is not picking my phone and sometimes picks and cuts the phone by hearing my name. I got his senior’s no. somehow “Praveen (9818713680)” but no resolution till now. Airtel provided me worst services even MTNL and BSNL are much better. I have raised 2 complains 7084638 and 7219830, but no action till now.

    I would even recommend all my near ones not to use AIRTEL services anymore.

    NO THANKS for all the help provided by you liers.

    Default Against Broad Band connection

    This is Karthick from Bangalore(Hennur Depot, ORR), Actaully i have applied for the new airtel broad band connection by paying 1000INR on last week Thursday(dec 8), But still there is no response from your technicians .So kindly i request you to provide the service wit in today after noon or else refund the amount .So that i will go for some other broad band connection which provides the service soon.

    Default Modem replacement

    My modem stopped working now. now Airtel is not replacing the modem saying only they are replace the modem if the connection is less than one year old. For users connection more than one year has to service themselves or they have to replace the modem on their own. Airtel will not pay anything. My connection is almost 3 years old connection. Please try to replace my existing modem with new modem.

    Default Cheating by Airtel

    Hi,
    I was a Airtel broadband customer for several years. On February 2012 I raised a request that my broadband was not working. The Airtel personnel arrived at my home and after some troubleshooting he mentioned that the modem was not working.
    - Then he informed that I will have to pay Rs 800 to get a new modem. Since I was not ready to pay that amount so I raised a request to cancel my subscription.
    - A few days afterwards I got a call from Airtel saying they will give me a discount and I have to pay only Rs 500. I persisted with the cancellation request
    - Again a few days afterwards Airtel got back to me saying that the modem will be provided for free and service will be restored within 24 hours. I agreed to this .
    - But a week passed and nothing happened. Later I called the call center and they informed me that the request was closed. After this I raised a new request for cancellation. I was assured that the account will be deactivated after 7th March. Meanwhile I paid the bill for February even though I was unable to use the broadband services.
    - After that I got a few calls from Airtel requesting me not to cancel the connection , but I persisted with the cancellation request. Then the calls stopped coming. I thought that the cancellation was complete.
    - On 28th march I received a bill for march. Surprised , I called the call center. After checking the service status request , the call center executive informed me that the connection was still active and the service request is closed.
    - Then I sent email to 121@in.airtel.com . The request was taken. However I did not get any confirmation of the cancellation.
    - I got a call asking me to pay Rs 507 as the settlement. I sent them an email for a settlement bill , which was not provided. However , I still paid the bill
    - On 30th April and I have got another bill. I sent them another mail for cancellation and asked them to revert back the bill.
    A new case was raised promising to resolve by 4th May. That remains unresolved.

    Now I am tired. I cannot explain how frustrated I am with Airtel.
