    i dont think we are confused here.. i have 600kbps ( small 'b' bits ) plan and my user id is 1102993903.
    the speed always fluctuates with tikona. during day time i am getting a speed of 500 to 600 kbps. which when you convert into kilobytes per second .. would b 50 to 60 kBps( uppercase 'B' byte).

    but at night time after 8 pm, when many users login to use the tikona internet service, my speed goes down to 100 kbps to 200 kbps.. which should not happen. when they are charing us according to bandwidth like 600 kbps rupees 600/=.

    i have registered many complaints.
    complaints numbers are.

    1-1601914757.
    1-1618967283.
    1-1622525937.
    1-1635467789.

    and my mac id : 74911A2E67D1.

    the problem is that, when they send technical support at my place, i have exact speed at that time 600 kbps. and during night i have a speed of 100 - 200 kbps.

    i m dilip patil from pune balaginagar.
    i dissconnected my connection in nov 2010. but still i m got my amount.
    i called cust care more than 250 times and pune office more than 50 times but still they r not soved my query.
    one person gaves the dd no that is 1334909558 so tell me whats i do with dd no.
    so plz do something fast
    and recruit the efficient person for work

    guys ..... this service is absolute shit ...... u r cheated for the bandwidth .... u will never get the speed ... they are installing there equipment a top of every residential society but will never understand what the kinda service thet are givin..... infant stage .... and tying to give world class service............. don get into trap ..........

    tikonna doesnt have any back up service .... its a pvt lmt company ...with no back up ...even my payment cheque doesnt get reflected in their ICICI drop box........ poor speed ... poor service .... pooor network ....poor corporate...... pls don get into trap....... u hv got other option .....

    Default Regarding wrong billing for the period 15 Jan 2011 to 15 Feb 2011

    As above mentioned please note that i was out of home from 16 Jan 2011 to 12 Feb 2011. Regarding this i already raise a request to put down the net during this period with req. no. 1-1722692079. But in the generated bill it was not reflected. Actually bill should be Rs. 200/- for the mentioned period instead of Rs. 644/- as generated by TIKONA.

    Again on 27 Feb, i raised complaint for bill adjustment with complaint no. 1-1625988209. But one time customer care executive says it will adjust within 2-3 days, one time says it will adjust in next bill. Even after 3-4 calls no any communication received to me from TIKONA.

    Are we full? Is your executives are competent to handle the complaint? Why we suffer our money because of you?

    Resolve this issue as early as possible otherwise i will disconnect TIKONA connection.

    i am using tikona fro past 8 months onwards and we shifted from one place to another place and i asked tikona guys to shift the wifi machine, coustomer guys have told that it will be done in 24 - 48 hours, but still now they have not done anything, completed 240 hours, worst service and responsible towards coustomer's, even i spoke to their manager also and i dint get any response, worst tikona, useless to use this broadband service.

    Default Tikona Fraud

    Want a head ache – Buy Tikona

    I requested for a demo for Tikona and the Demo team came for the same on 13th March.
    fraud #1
    Demo team showed 100% connectivity at my location. Due to this I filled the form and provided the cheque for half year subscription. Cheque cleared on 18th Feb.

    Fraud #2
    The installation team was unable to find the connection on 21st Feb. There was 0% connectivity. They asked me to raise request for disconnection and that I would get refund in 1 month.

    Fraud #3
    I raised request for the same on 23rd Feb and on 24th March had still not recd the refund. I called the helpdesk. They told me I had given a request for a disconnection and not for refund (after disconnection why will any user not want a refund??)

    Fraud #4
    I raised a request for Refund on 24thMarch, and called them to do a follow up on 7th April. I am told that the ticket has been closed . when I asked when I would get a refund they informed that my cheque had bounced on 18th Feb. (If cheque had actually bounced why will Tikona send people to do the installation??) None the less , I see the charge debited from my account on 18th Feb.

    DO NOT PURCHASE TIKONA, YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY FOR SURE .

    Default bankrupt company called tikona

    i ranganath, applied for tikona bb connection one year back [2/4/2010].a service man came for testing feasibility and d signal not available at my home.they told connection not possible. later to my surprise they encashed my rs.500/- cheque ,after repeated enquiries say more than 100 times with different fit for nothing tikona staff , i can only drew blank even after a year. this company better go begging with people rather give service

    1. About 10 days or so, at PUNE, your sales Rep Rakesh @ 9225518727 took cheque and new connection formalities completed.
    2. He did not give any DEMO, resulting in wasting of my 4 days when your different technician came at my home, laid cable and after 4 days informed that connection is NOT feasible.
    3. Your cable and box was de-installed by your technician and lying at my home but RAKESH is not coming back to refund the amount.
    4. TOTAL UNPROFESSIONAL approach in NOT giving DEMO, wasting my time and your technicians as well and NOT REFUNDING MONEY in time. Please get it done today evening at 8 PM, as I am proceeding on tour.
    5. Please treat URGENT.

    Angry Tikona Cheaters Calling for Money !!!

    I am Krishna and I have been using this stupid connection from some month. My ID is 1102361929 and I was using CB499 Plan. As per plan I can use 5GB free and for the rest I have to pay 0.10 paisa per MB in 2 mbps speed. But after 5 GB tikona idiots applied circuit breaker to my plan. When I contacted them they used to say me different types of clarification. I also mailed to Tikona's main Idiot Mr. Nagesh and got no reply from him. Also I contacted to my nearest dealer and he used to say that he also tried to sort out my problem but finally he also failed and gave me West Bengal Nodal officer Mr. Kamalendu Polley. I called him directly and told him about my problem. He assured me that he will close my problem in 24 hrs. But after calling him continuously for 5 days I told him that I am not going to pay you anything.

    But now the same stupid idiots are calling me for money and asking to pay the amount which I used in 2 mbps speed. Can anyone take action against this stupid company?????????????

    Default Poor service from tikona

    I decided to subscribe to Tikona broadband service on 19 April 2011, the rep resentative of tikona was too keen that i paid the cheque on the same day he gave me demo telling that i would get a free antivirus and some discount on the same day under a scheme which was to expire the same day . I gave hima cheque of SBI . next day 2 guys came inspected the terrace of our house and informed that there was no access point near our house ( although the previous day the speed checked was 1 mbps on our laptop with the help of their e stick like gadget) . apparently the gadget carried by tikona rep was way too good than what theyactually install , since it showed very good connectivity and speed.
    Eversince tikona guys are not making any phone calls .my follow up umpteen times yielded ina visit by their engineer who was non comittal , non communicative an they are neither returning the cheque nor installing broadband.
    anyway now who wants to taste the poison willingly. so bye bye to tikona .

    I am using tikona bb for last two months but not received a good speed since installation. I suggest to everybody to purchase any connection but not go with tikona.

    This is the request to every one Please Please Please dont use this one. Initiall 2 days went fine. then started giving problem in LAN wire. so i'm trying to reach Customer Care. but no response from their side.
