    i have to get speed 512kbps but iam getting only 256kbps , i can't get the connection quickly i have to restart the computer more then 10times.tikona company are money minded company they are not customer minded, i had complained lot of times they are not responsing properly so they are fraud company, dont any one get tikona connection if u get u will loss your money, they are useless fellows, i didn't get proper speed & i complained in customer care i didn't pay the bill but they are calling properly & sending message for paying the bill but they are not giving proper speed so tikona are money minded company so please do'nt any one to get tikona broad service if any one got please cancel immediately.

    Dont understand why they send me same mail again n again.. Its been more than 20 days I have not got connection nor they are refunding my amount..

    Dear Sonia,

    Below are the Request Ids i have raised, right from July 2010, But i am still facing the issue of network problem and speed.
    Here you can see that most of my Request ids are closed, but, to the best of knowledge there are hardly any calls closed or issues resolved, they cloed these calls on their own.
    I hardly get the Network speed of 10-20 Kbps, its very difficult to handle them on phone or even on e-mail, now-a-days i am hardly getting any network, and though against this they are demanding full payment for which i was not able to access my network for more than a month.
    Please help me, dear...

    I have been using Tikona Wi-Bro for the past few months and it works well. Yes the speed does get slow at times, that is again due to the contention ratio, no one can guarantee committed speed anyways.

    i live in naigaon (w) ,tal:vasai, dist:thane and i called there agent for connection perpose.
    he told me about the plan. and i had taken tikona broadband connection on 12-7-2010.
    after thier engineer came to my house to install the connection but he found that it could not be
    installed becoz there was no signal and after that he told me that at my place they dont provide sevice.
    And he advised me to cancel the connection and take your innstallation charge back (500/-).
    i have called thier costomer care and registered a complaint of cancelation of connection and refund.
    they have cancelled the connection but they are telling that it will take 20 -25 days for refund.
    But now 2 months have passed since then and they had not done anything about refund.Everytime i call ,they just tell differents days of refund and extends dates.Just now i have called them and they are telling me that it will take another 45 days for refund.

    One of the worst services ever in the world. Nothing to match the worst quality. Should take the company to court. Money greedy people. I am gonna so sue them in court.

    Angry Tikona is run by bunch or monkeys

    I have used Tikona for 1 Year. I have faced all sort of issues.

    1. Automatic disconnection of link.
    2. Disastrous low speeds.
    3. Horrible customer care.

    Only thing that they do perfectly is sending bill, making phone calls to pay the bill.

    hi.. this is ravi from hyderabad.. it is my desperate suggetion to all that anyone who r trying to have a new internet connection please DO NOT go for this tikona broadband sevice.. because it is the worst i have ever seen.. i got 512 kbps plan for 600 rupees per month.. but i never ever got above 170 kbps(120 browsing+50downloading).. apart from this speed problem another worst thing from their is THE SERVICE.. they do not show interest as they show much interest on getting MONEY from us..
    Please any of u please tale action on this reguard.. if there is possibility piease put a case on them i will be as a witness...

    hello,

    my name is prashansa khanna my application no is = 50000005457018 and my complain no is - 1-1118091767.

    i did not receive any call or mail or sms regarding id or password. its really disappointing . I paid full three month advance fee 2000 rs. But no responce from ur side. for 6 th of sep 2010. is this a good service. really very bad . coustomer care is also not having sufficient knowlege about the product and process.

    i was not having my check book i told then can i pay from my brother's check book even account is on my name. they told me yes u can. but after receving they denied. really so disappointing. i will never refer my friend or family or any person this compney.

    very bad experience - bad tikona.

    lets see how much and more time you will take for this.

    hi ..i got the tikona connection 2 week back and 3 guys came to install it at my place... instead of setting the connection right they used USB full of VIRUS in my laptop and corrupted exe files out of it..they did not do the connectin rather went back saying that its a virus issue and they can't help it. since then no body came to set it right and i am still waiting inspite of complaing again and again ......so guys its my humble request think 100 times before opting TIKONA ..............SAY NO TO TIKONA

    My name is Gautam Anand. I have applied for net connection for my home through tikona Sales Agent. They came to my place but due to some technical issues they are not able to install the Internet connection. Installation engineer told me that my installation form will canceled and money will be refunded to you. But now my given Bank check is cleared towards your company around 20-Aug-2010. Agent or Test Engineer is not picking my phone now. Please look forwards in this matters as soon as possible.

    Experts on this site, Please help me.

    I started my Tikona WI-BRO service on 30th Jan 2010 and paid 500 Rs deposit. Following are the details about my plan
    1. Login id 1100368144.
    2. Plan name FUL599
    3. Billing account number 111 536 433
    According to the plan, I was supposed to get 300 Kbps speed with unlimited usage. My internet service worked for first two days and then stopped working. I opened multiple tickets in the month of Feb 2010 to fix the problem or to disconnect the service if problem can’t be fixed. Ticket numbers are 1-333131774 and 1-358160619. There was no action taken on any of my complaint. Finally, I sent email to vyankatesh.kulkarni@tikona.in on 12th Apr 2010 to pick up the instruments provided by Tikona. Tikona agent picked up the instruments but I was still getting the bills for the service which is not working and disconnected. Vyankatesh assured me on phone that I don’t have to pay the bill. I was expecting to get 500 Rs deposit back as I suffered a lot because of your bad service but no one replied to my complaint and refund of deposit.

    Now recently I started getting SMS for the payment of that bill. I’m surprised with the fact that I’m getting SMS after so many months. Please let me know what can I do to fix this mess.

    i had taken connection of full499.According to connection downloading speed should be 256KBps but they provided only 10 KBps. When i called to tikona care ,they said to me that this was our surfing speed."Abhijit Saha" is 100 % bloody as-hole his phones no are 9038848303.
    my advise to all my net user keep away from Tikona broad-band(Cutiya).

    I am customer of Tikona for the last three months but i am not satisfied by the service provided by them.
    the speed is very slow in comparision to promise they had made durining giving connection. So many time i am not able to login.
