    Unhappy Donot accept postpaid connection offer from vodafone

    I was offered a postpaid offer for my already existing prepaid connection vide Mobile No 9764821985.
    Initially I was reluctant. But since comparing my talktime and recharge, I agreed. I realized that the post paid offer is a eyewash and it will become a burden. They charge Rs 223/- rent and service charges. Apart there is no discount for calls to landline.
    The horrible state of villain started revealing his actual demon shape while I dropped my cheque No.6344770 dated 3/6/2010 in dropbox of bill collection box at important junctions. To my surprise I notice that the amount were cleared against my account No.1.28599178 (Relation ship No.) but there were no acknowledgment for the same. Adding fuel to the fire, some rouges sitting in their call center started harassing with reminders. I lodged several complaints (Complaint No.994646736) followed with frequent feedbacks. I also submitted my bank statement to nearest vodafone center at Ambadi Road, Vasai. There were only fake assurances but my never got updated and showed outstanding and they also disconnected the number. I am now completely trapped by their tactics.
    I advise all customers to take cognizance of this experience and reject any offers from Vodafone. If possible change the service provider using number portability. I am Sr.Citizen. If this is my experience how may innocents fell as victim to this miscreant people sitting at Vodafone customer care centers.

    My user id is 1101335756. I am using Tikona since 1 week and not getting good speed its very slow.I am disconnecting this service.Its a worst and will tell to others that dont purchase Tikona.

    KBPS ans kbps are two diffrent units my dear member.
    KBPS means kilobytes per sec and
    kbps means kilobits per second
    ie 1KBPS =8kbps
    your plan must be of 300kbps
    thus you will get 300/8 KBPS of speed

    Dear All,

    This is Ratnakar With Customer id 1100180471. i have subscribed for broadband with Tikona for a period of two months or so then later i have applied for the disconnection in the month of February 3rd 2010 but for my surprise the bill even come today ... just cant help myself out from this situation no matter how many times i give a call to tikona customer care support or any one...

    even im facing the same problem first of all the tikona took 20 days to set up my connection AND NOW im paying 599 300 kbps plan but the max speed is 25 to 30 kbps. pls do something about it. TIKONA SHOULD REALLLY BE BANNEDDDD!!!!!!

    Hello,
    We have gone through your complaint, first you need to talk to the TIkona Broad band customer care and register a complaint, they will provide you a complaint no. and the time frame to resolve the issue. Wait for their response and revert us back with the Complaint nos. and the status of your complaint.

    Totally agree with you. The company representative contacted me after 20 days after applying for a connection. Took the money, said you'll surely get the signal only for me to discover there's no signal when their engineer came to install the modem after a further 10 days delay. It's been four months now since I've been asking for refund to which the reply is always the same,"I'll forward your complaint and you'll get your refund as soon as possible". I've lost count of the number of times I've called up the customer care. I am sick of waiting and so will complain to the Head office in Mumbai as suggested by the admin here. Hope it works.

    The Bharadwaj Inet Company located at 316, Saman Complex Vastrapur Ahmedabad is the most bogus and Fraud Company.

    It is one of the most useless web development company they have taken my money and have not given me any satisfactory service nor they have returned back my money This company is a shame on the web development companies and the most unprofessional and untrustworthy company. Bharadwaj Company is a shame and a black sheep, never give any orders to this fraud and cheater people.

    This company does not have any professional people to build a web site and the owner of the company Naveen Sharma also does not have a professional attitude as all he wants is to earn money by cheating people and this is the reason why this company does not have any reputation.

    NEVER EVER TRUST BHARADWAJ INET.

    Angry Bad service & Worse customer services

    Have been using Tikona WIBRO for past 8 months. But for the past one month I have lost connectivity & tried n number of times for getting is resolved. Customer service is worse. Absolutely Duds! Compliants that are put in by me are automatically closed as resolved by them without any intimation to me & without any resolution. Engineers do not respond to the calls at all. I also asked for the proportionate waiver of my bill amount for inability to use the net, Still there is no response from their side.

    Planning to sue them for such bad service, mental harrassment. Hope higher officials @ TIKONA will read this & realise that in such cut throat competition, such bad service will sound a death knell for them.

    Angry NOt refunding deposit money after 100days

    Hi ,
    I opted for a tikona connection on 15th may 2010. It is disconnected on 18th may 2010 due to technical nonfeasibility.
    Installation Engg has taken all Hardware on 20th may 2010.

    Till i am waiting for my refund. I made several complains and got assurance that i will get my refund with in 45 days. on 10th july they agreed that i am eligible for refund after esclation to nodal officer but now nodal officer and manager pune (Sumit-9370056542) are also not responding and customer care is giving misguiding information.

    Default Tikona is a cheat company

    I have issues with the connection since past 2 months. Multiple Nodal office complaints have been lodged which are still being looked into. Nagesh is the nodal office who only knows to make false promises. I guess they only want our month bill money & dont want to provide a decent service. I ADVICE ALL TO DISCONNECTE THE SERVICE ASAP IF IT DOES NOT WORK dont even bother calling customer care.

    Its more than 24 hrs now and you stupid and useless people have still not called and my slow speed continues to persist which is not at all surprising anymore!!! What the shit are you guys doing there at Tikona??? Seems like all you guys are a bunch of losers who needs to be taught how to service your customers… I don’t think I want to use your lousy services anymore so please note that whatever is the last bill amount is never going to be paid by me.

    Just to keep you informed, I have also written about your lousy and sad service in all broadband blogs possible!!

    I would like to start by telling you how pathetic your services really are. I am sure you must be already aware of this fact as I am pretty sure that I am not the only cust who is upset about your poor services!

    Ever since I have taken your service, I have had nothing but recurring problems at a regular frequency. Every 2 weeks to a months time, I have to call you guys and make the same complaint…. “SLOW SPEEDS”. This has now become a regular practice for me and your service has become so unreliable that I have decided to disconnect your service. What’s worst is that now whenever I call your IVR and dial 1 for technical help, I am by default routed to a Cust Service Exec who only takes a complaint and then says “you will receive an SMS in 6 Hours with the resolution time mentioned in it”. Is this a JOKE???? Someone is upset that his internet service is not working and wants it fixed immediately and you say wait for 6 hours!!!! And that to only to receive an SMS… post that how much longer for a resolution???? So does your customer suffer in the mean time?? Is he not paying for the service???

    Coming to second part of this complaint, I had first called your toll free no to lodge a complaint about the slow speed on Monday 23th Aug at 05:00 hrs but your IVR said that you guys work only 8:00 Hrs– 00:00 Hrs. I hence requested for a call back as prompted by your IVR and punched in my mobile no. I then assumed that I will get a call back at the earliest as mentioned by your IVR. I however did not get any call back till date.

    Since I did not receive any call back and since the slow speed persisted, I called your toll free no again on Tuesday 24th Aug at 14:15 Hrs and spoke to Yogesh and for some reason he refused to give me his Last name stating that it was against company policy (but strangely your company policy did not stop some of your other agents whom I spoke to later from giving me their last names, so that means that either the policy is different for different agents or Yogesh does not know the policy!!!). After informing Yogesh about my problem, he informed me that he will have to take a complaint and then I would receive an SMS in 6 hrs with the resolution time mentioned in it. I got really upset that firstly I did not get the call back and now I have to wait for 6 hrs jus to know when I can have someone call me for a resolution. So that means your customer who is calling for help not only can’t get immediate help but now has to wait for 6 hrs plus to get the issue resolved. I refused to accept this and asked to speak to the manager, to which Yogesh just refused and since I got abusive due to the frustration he hung up on me!
    I then dialed again and this time I spoke to Suraj Gadgul who mind you had absolutely no problems in giving out his last name!!! I called him at about 14:22 Hrs and he finally took a complaint and gave me the complaint no: 1-756297674. Since I was so upset, he said that he had referred the case to his seniors and I would get the SMS on priority in 1 hour! I have still not got the sms or call!

    I called again the next day on Wednesday 25th Aug at 13:55 hrs since I did not receive the call and spoke to Sheetal Raut who again had absolutely no problems in giving out her last name!!! I gave her the complaint no and she told her that I did not get the sms or call. I also gave her the complaint no and she informed me that there was an update that there was some kind of bandwidth issue. She again then promised me that I will get the sms and call, and not surprisingly this time too I have still not received the sms or call!!!
    I seriously feel that you guys are just a bunch of jokers there who do not know how to conduct your business!!! I am dead sure that I will not be making any more payments to you guys till I get your freaking SMS and a call from your freaking technicians who should come and check how pathetic is the speed that guys are offering me after claiming to offer me 750 Kbps speeds!!!!
    I don’t think you guys should be in this business if you can’t offer basic customer service and help. Even your IVR is so hopeless which says dial 1 for technical help but routes you to a customer service exec!!!!
    If this issue is not resolved in the next 3 days with appropriate compensation then I will have this service disconnected. I am really hoping that this will be taken seriously else I am going to advertise your shitty service all over the broadband blog sites!!!
