    yes sachin is absolutely right, so before filing any complaint be aware of the fact that the speed is 1/8th of the said speed- and it is clearly mentioned under the brochures- that the speeds depend on the time of the day and connections and other stuff. So i guess this line might make them immune and get away from the complaint.

    What i feel is spread as much possible about your suffering and this is gng to harm them some how in long term, so mail, talk, spread the news of poor service.

    Thumbs up Cheating Guys Chennai Area Sales Manager & Team,(9171120999 & 9543371475)

    I have taken a connection on Dec-09, and my line not working properly i have informed to the Technical Support Team, Customer Care, Area Sales Manager, Executive, Bill division, etc., but the problem is not resolved.

    Meanwhile they a requested to refer a new connection, I did the wrong thing I have referred some lines, they have filled the form and got the cheque from my friends & collegues, but the line is not connected, when i tried to ask them, they are not attending the call from my mobile, if i am making a call from another number they are note the numbers and blocking the incoming call to their mobiles.

    If possible YOU PEOPLE CAN PUNISH THEM AS YOU WISH. "BEWARE OF TIKONA GUYS"

    Default NO internet connection

    I applied for Tikona connection and there sales executive took the installation cheque from me for 500 bucks. Now when there technical team check at my place they confirmed that connection was not possible at my place due to very less signal strength. Meanwhile they have debited my account for the same .. I have logged a complaint with Tikona Customer care unde ref# 1-459859248.

    What hould I do next.

    i paid my bill dated 26.02.10 bill no by cheque for which d money was deducted from my acount and was credited to tikona digital networks pvt ltd acount according to my bank statement for which i also forwarded a bank statement as a proof to tikona but they keep on telling me dat the amount does not reflect against my user name and will reflect as soon as d system updates
    they took down my complaints several times but no action was ever taken i called them more than "50" times to solve this problem but d only thing they keep on telling me is dat d matter would be forwarded to d concerned department which i believe does not exist it has caused me a mental trauma and waste of time and effort but no one cares tikona treats its customers as fools
    after which i finally discontinued d service on 10-04-10 and even for this i had to suffer a lot and make innumerable calls for almost 10days forget about the bad service ,mental trauma and wasting time of customers they didnt even bother 2 rectify my bill paid by cheque as mentioned earlier but also sent me a new bill even after discontinuing d service
    tikona is a fraud company and if u want d worst expirience of ur life than tikona is ther
    tikona should not charge customers for d pathetic service but instead pay them to use their service i want my money back and if possible even want to claim money for mental trauma and waste of time, money and false promises to the tune of rupees 1lakh

    tikona is d worst broadband service available in d market it makes all false claims
    i subsribed for 599FULL plan for which i used to get a speed of not more than 15kbps the actual speed mentioned is 300kbps which is a false claim made by tikona
    very pathetic customer care not a single person attached with tikona willing to help the just give a complaint no just for fun sake and fooling d customer for which no action is taken
    dont buy tikona its fraud
    they even hav publisised 4g launch in many places when d fact is even 3g auction is goin on and even 3g is not available everywhere
    government of INDIA should ban tikona for fraudulent claims they promise but never diliver

    hi all..
    im using tikona ul599 plan promising 300Kbps.. but to no avail.. my consumer id 1101046914 frm blore..
    this conn is the worst nightmare anybody could've.. but there's one loophole.. i get 30-35kbps download speed using dap.. not in browsers..
    but i dont think dap is supported for some downloads..

    I am having Tikona broadband connection with Consumer ID 1100387514 and subscribed their highest available plan FMC799 which claimes to give 2.1Mbps speed, I never get speed more than 800Kbps and some times even less than 100Kbps but inspite of complaining almost daily to costomercare since last one month there is no resolution of problem and now i am fed-up calling them but never get a satisfactory answers.

    Users I kindly request you, not to subscribe to TIKONA !!

    Arrow Worst experience with Tikona broadband service

    I applied for tikona broadband connection on 20th April 2010 and I got User ID 1100977456 on same date through email. I was told within 2 days they will do installation but I did not received any call/response from tikona for installation, i call the customer care many times, eachtime they assured that will send engineer within 24 hrs but no one has come for installation nor recieved any call. Initially I logged complaint (1-477438793) for installation, since I did not get any response, I asked customer care to refund my money and they logged another complaint(1-496489248) for refund and was told me that money will be refund within 48 hours but instead of refunding money they have closed this complaint without my knowledge and when I called for the status of this complaint (1-496489248), got an response this compaint has close due to provided information was wrong (DOB wrong), I have logged three complaints even for single time also they did not ask my date of birth while logging complaint. I also escalated this to Karnataka Nodal officer and Appellate Authority (nagesh.prasad@tikona.in) even from them also, I did not recieve any response. I am frustrated calling them and never get a satisfactory answers.

    Post Worst Experience with tikona connection (billing Issues)

    Hi,

    I had taken tikona connection 1 month before it worked for 10 to 15 days then suddenly they suspended my connection it is showing a type "AAA" error i called the customer care for the problem they are saying to pay the bill
    but at that time my bill has not been generated i keep on calling the customer care from last 10 to 15 days but of no use & finally i paid my bill also but after paying the bill also it is showing the same issue

    Pls help me in this matter

    I will recomend do not use tikona wi bro, they gives very poor services.
    tikona is giving 2 to 5 kbps speed while my gprs mobile is giving better speed than Tikona up to 15 to 20 kbps in pune
    I am one of the threaten person.
    they gives very poorest service, unprofessional call center which is not knowing anything.

    Hi all, thank you for giving me an opportunity to write about tikona. I had applied for a connection from tikona on 30 april 2010. Today is 26 may 2010. There is no news about the connectivity. Nobody call you or nobody responds even when they are called. Tikona is going to bite the dust very soon.i was foolish enough to apply for a connection. Please beware and take it for granted that they are going to cheat you very soon. Those who praise tikona are also going to get a surprise very soon.

    To your clarification i would like to say is 300 KB/PS is your internet speed. but the downloading speed is always 1/10 of the speed you apply for. Its not only from Tikona. But if you go for any other company also mean u ll get the same speed

    Respected Sir/Madam,
    I would request you to call some other sales guy and ask him for the connection. Yes i agree to you that tikona customer care is a bit slow to respond. but they are working hard to provide the best service.

    Thumbs down Worst Service from Airtel Custermer care Regarding Broadband

    I request for Airtel Broadband new connection (via FIVE STAR COMMUNICATION,Thiruvanmiyur) on 14.05.2010, but still i didn't received any call from Airtel Broadband, i call the customer care for more than 4-5 times, and they confirm me that engineer will come within day. but still no any call received and reply from them.......

    Really these people are frustrating the customers.i.e FIVE STAR COMMUNICATION & AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE.

    Angry tikona billing

    i am gaurav bharadwaj from bangalore userid:1100724491 i got this bullshit tikona connection on 25 of march since taking this connection i have to make a call to them daily due to speed problems then after a few days usage i got a bill of rs 882 for the period 25-3-10 to26-3-10 i was shocked as when i have taken the connection i was told that installation charge of 800 rs will be adjusted in the first bill but it wasnt so and another thing their billing dates start from 26 of a month to 26 of next month so the bill i got was generated for 1 day ie from 25 march to 26 march after my pleading they deducted the 800 rs from this amount now again after the months end i got a bil of -325 rs yes the value is negative i again asked for the problem but got no response but only dates and new complain no,s finally i told them to put the plan on safe custody for next 2 months on 27 april 2010 but still the net kept coming finally on 10 may it stopped then started coming again after 2 -4 days i again called them but no response now i got a bill for26 april to 26 may stating my due amount as982 rs i was shocked seeing this bill i asked them about this and they told me this 900 rs are for the march to april usage then i told them that i have already paid the 800 rs so they should have been deducted then he told me that that was not to be deducted that was the installation charge and the 982 amount is the actual bill for that plan so as u can see this is a bloody fraud company they just want to fill their pockets they have no professional ethics the customer care is utterly use less even their higher officials hang up the phone when the conversation starts please stop this non sense and bann this company
