    Post Tikana broad band third class compony

    Dear Sir.
    My consumer no.1104946948 and i got my broadband and it worked for one day only and the person told me that installation team is busy so i will try to connect it and it worked for one day only and next day it stopped working.
    when i contacted mr.verma 9266896996 he came and tried for 3 hours but failed. Than he asked me that he will send the proper installation team and they will rectify the problem. But four days has passed, no team turned up and he made many false promises. I HACE ALSO TRIED FIVE TIME ON LINE HELP BUT OF NO USE.Now he has switched his phone.This is my first connection in this area and iam the Gen secreatery of Resident WELFARE ASSOICIATION OF RAM PURA AND IF THIS PROBLEM CAN NOT BE SOLVED AND THAN WE WILL SEE THAT NOT A SINGLE PERSON WILL TAKE YOUR CONNECTION IN THIS AREA.
    IN MY WIEW ITS A THIRD CLASS COMPANY WITH WORST KIND OF SERVICE. WE SHOLD NOT TAKE THIER CONNECTION.

    My Customer ID is 1104964991 from New-Delhi and contact number is 9310248195
    I HAVE BEEN A TIKONA CUSTOMER FROM ONLY 6 DAYS AND EXPERIENCING WORST BROADBAND SERVICE EVER.
    I was using Airtel from past one year and due to a massive cable cut problem not resolved even after 2 months I foolishly tried this Tikona Broadband and i am now suffering more harassment than ever.
    The day the Broadband was being installed it was non-feasible,and it is not working properly till the date.
    MOREOVER THE TECHNICIAN WHO CAME TO INSTALL IT HAD A CORRUPT VERSION OF ANTI-VIRUS AND HASN'T VISITED YET WITH THE PROPER WORKING VERSION OF IT....
    I was promised a speed of 2mbps in my unlimited usage plan named ADBB549. But whenever I try to open Google Chrome or internet explorer it takes several mins. to open.
    so if you can help me get rid of these issues or Tikona......pls help me.

I had purchased scheme of rs.599,for unlimited service per month.i used it for last 3months.but on 2/10/2011,we purchased a new scheme of rs.3300 for 30 months.now we are using the new plan.but our previous scheme has not been cancelled.so,i kindly request you to cancel my previous scheme of user id-1103483988,as soon as possible.

    Now our id for new scheme is:-(1104585089).so now we are using our new scheme,since 2nd october 2011.so we are not responsible for the bill of previous scheme.all above mentioned problems are been discussed with mr.vilesh borate of(senior department).

    Hello, my tikona ID: 1103807264
    Plan: BB1099.

    Of all the Internet connection Tikona is the worst ever. Its costumer care service is filled with incompetant people so much so that they even disconnects our calls during the serious conversation of troubleshooting. I've been complaining about the 'no connectivity' problem since last month and yet they didn't care to take account of it, I am really frustrated of how this system works.. they tell that maintenance engineer has been dispatched but no one shows up... this is completely ludicrous. I don't know how they can operate like this.... they are cheating us in the broad daylight.

    I am Girish Nair.
    I am very happy with my service provider (TIKONA) as I am able to connect my Samsung mobile to wireless connection.I got the setting from Tikona’s Toll free number 1-800 209 4276, the technical guy guided me all the step for setting in my mobile ON LINE immdietately. I don’t think any service provider gives you a technical guy on line. The engineer guided me with the steps. Its very simple. Now I can do setting with my other mobile also. Thanks to ‘Tikona for such a wonderful options.

    WARNING NEVER BUT TIKONA.
    they show demo after that we get attracted i choosed 2 MBPS plan montly 600 installation charges is 1200,. after that the person came and installed the device the 3rd day the real FACE of TIKONA i got to know as i got only the speed of "134KPBS just imagine where is 2MBPS and 134KBPS" then i called the customer care this number "1800-20-94276" after that they send me a technical guy to sort out the problem, but even then i was showing connection to slow i checked speedtest it was showing license expired but connection was too slow that techinical guy told after 2-3 hrs u will get more speed, i said ok, but next day onwards i gor only 74KPBS speed some time it wont work while using it get disconneted, ,..
    PLEASE NEVER BUY IT I TOTALLY WASTED 1200 IN INSALLATION & 1MONTH 600 TOTALLY 1800 HUNDRED... EXPERIENCED MAKES A LESSON!

    Angry Tikona disconnection request send several time.

    Hi,
    My user id is 1104448198 for tikona
    I have send a request to tikona broadband to disconnect my connection on 20th Oct 2011.I also called them they say we did not received your request and this request was send to customerscare@tikona.in by me and than as per thier request i again send the request for disconnection on 1 st dec 2011 to nodal.maharashtra@tikona.in and this time they gave me the below reply on 12 Dec 2011

    This is with reference to your e-mail regarding request for cancellation of your Tikona Wi-Bro account.

    The request has been forwarded to the concerned department for necessary action and they will be in touch with you.

    Hi all,

    Im not a customer who wants every thing. Several times I have understood the problem that any service provider could face and adjusted myself -

    An example - It was already 8:30 PM, dark and cold - Executive from ACT broadband has reached a bus stop which is 3 Kms away from my home and called me to know the exact location of my home, to reach my home and fix the BB issue; Instead of guiding him, I started from home, picked the guy in my bike and again after sorting out the issue, I dropped him in a different place that is 3 kms away from my home. Because buses at that time is not frequent and auto would be a costly affair for him.
    I could have simply told the guy that he should some how reach my home from that '2 kms away place' when he called. The reactions would have been, 1-The service guy could not get a bus to reach my place. 2-I would have again called the customer care and complained on their poor service, etc.....

    I have given this brief example just to explain my tolerance level and to explain what kind of service Tikona gives that makes a customer like me to reach here.

    NOw comming to the real story - Tikona -Their customer service is toooooooooooooooooooo poor. In a span of 6 months I have raised atleast 12 complaints reagding 'Broadband not working'. In a classical case, the internet was down for more than 15 days in a month, and they are reluctant to give me a waiver ofr those days when internet was not working.
    Every time I had to call the customer care and wait for 15 to 30 mins just to speak to a person from billing department and he will ask me to call the technical team. This has happened for more than 10 times. Out of frustration I wrote to the curstomer care a mail - The response is 'You may discontinue our service' - A Delight for a loyal customer like me, isin't it?

    And yes, I wish to get rid of this connection, but who will pay me back for those 'BB not working' days? ? ? ? I need my money back. I next step is to file a hard case for the frustration, torture, and abusals.

    I would suggest all my fellows NOT to go for TIKONA. Your friend may be the luckiest person in this world and might be enjoying Tikona service without any proble, for months. The same situation is never possible for you. 13 out of 20 neighbours of mine has already disconnected tikona.

    please quit tikona.
    don't go for any tikona connection.
    all of it's plans are fake and having no value.
    don'e be in false calculation and don't believe in any tikona representative.
    Each of the tikona emps are calling himself a manager.
    the broadband is borrowing perhaps the 2g connection and selling them.

    Default Worst Service Ever- Tikona Cheaters

    Hi,


    I had a tikona connection uid: 1103710579. Last month I relocated to a new address and wanted to shift my tikona connection.
    But even after providing all the necessary proof related documents and waiting for more than a week, the relocation didn't happen. Every time I called they kept saying we haven't received the documents whereas I have mail proof of sending the document and getting a response back from customer care too.


    After getting the worst customer service and getting betrayed by them, I decided to disconnect the service and go for a different internet provider. I called them up and requested for disconnection. THen they started giving false promises that it will be done today for 3 days..


    After being completely fed up I registered a request for disconnection. I sent a mail also and registered the request on phone also. They said they will come and collect the modem and other stuff within 7-10 days.


    THen I got no calls or responses from them. After 9 days when I call them they said he will come today. Same answer on 10th and 11th day too... But still noone has come...


    They are the biggest looters and cheaters in the broadband world..




    Be aware of TIKONA cheaters association..

    I have spoken to your reps over cutomer care number of times but that's just a useless waste of time. your reps are not aware of anything and when i asked someone to let me talk to their supervisor he said call after some time and hung up!!



    CAN SOMEONE PLZ SEND ME MY BILL ON MY REGISTERED EMAIL ADDRESS shadma.shaikh@accenture.com . WHAT KIND OF SERVICE DO YOUR PROVIDE. I DONT RECEIVE YOUR BILLS, YOUR SELF CARE PORTAL IS MESSED UP. IT DOESNT SHOW ME HOW MUCH AMOUNT I HAVE TO PAY.
