    Default Reliance NetConnect Braodband+

    I am Reliance NetConnect Broadband+ user. Reliance processed this month's bill from 22nd-Oct-2009 to 13th-Nov-2009 while the billing cycle is upto 21st of the month. I have received a bill of amount Rs. 1400. while I should not get a bill of not more than Rs. 674 in any case.
    I filed my complaint and they answered that they can not reduce the bill. They agreed that I was not informed about this change of billing cycle for delhi customers.
    They have processed this bill and sent without any intimation.
    They agree that fault is their. But they are denying to reduce my bill.

    Post Reliance Broadband sending collection agents

    Hello Sir,

    I have taken reliance broadband service a year back on my wife name, due to certain customer service problem canceled the line and settle the amount for 1000rs ( actual bill amount 1760rs but the reliance employer told he will settle the account for 1000rs ) when i got the letter it was xerox copy, due to suspicious i told the executive to write and give in both settlement letter and bill mentioning the full and final settlement with name and mobile number of the executive, after two days i started to get sms for due amount, so i called and asked about sms they told settlement will take 15 to 20 days time, but now collection agents are coming for due amount, showed the letter they say please go to reliance head office,I have given the complaint in head office and number mentiond in the SMS please help me

    Thumbs down Poor speed of your netconnect

    As i can see your net connect speed has tuned very slow as a result we are facing a lot of problem in working on the net. Using your broadband+ did not increased the speed infact it is taking a lot of time in sending this complaint. It is a very time consuming thing to open a website and waiting for hours for reply but nothing happened.
