Hi Team,

I applied for Tata Inddicom WiMax broadband connection on 9th Sep 2009, under the scheme of 6 months advance payment and free Wifi router with connection.
I was told by the tata indicom executive who came for application form formalities and collecting the payment that the Wifi router would be delivered with the connection. On 12th Sep 2009 the tata indicom service engineer came and did the connection. That day I learnt that the Wifi router would be delivered later in a weeks time.
Around 25th Sep 2009 I called the customer and asked them to log a complaint as the Wifi router was not delivered even after 15 days, but the customer care executive refused to log a complaint and told that it takes 30 days time to deliver it through courier and assured me that it would be delivered in the time.
When it was around a month, I called the same tata indicom executive and asked him to ease the progress and get me the Wifi router delivered. The executive then started ignoring my calls.

It has been more than 2 months by now, I called customer care multiple times and not getting any favorable response.

Please help me in getting the Wifi router and the appropriate compensation for the being ignored for the long time.
