Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have submitted for the cancellation of broadband service in December 2008. Lateron Reliance person visited our rented house in Bangalore and seen the place and went back saying that he will come and take the things lateron. I have spoken to the customer care to disconnect the same and they gave me cancellation reference number i.e.8359347. but subsequently I have received the bill for January 2009. Immediately I have replied to customercare@relianceada.com to cancel if not initiated before, but not done from the service provider. Later on till today every month bill has come and I am not in the country from January 2009. As I have done similar routine complaints in the preceeding months I have given the same complaint last month and the cancellation reference number is 111628312 & 11293750.
I have the proof of email sent to the above email id in February 2009 (On Mon, 02 Feb 2009 17:58:49 +0530 wrote) and my services terminated on 4th January 2009 as per reliance customer care. Also customer service supervisor informed me that he will waive full bill amount which is Rs. 12,265/-.
I request you to kindly inform Reliance Communications Ltd to waive the amount at the earliest.
