reliance netconnectdatacard my reliance datacard mnd no 93203171 model no AC2726 purcashed online on11/09/09 activated on 15/09/09 was found faulty on 17/09/09 according certified by reliance customer care center.after placing several complaints with customer care(180030005555)on 28/09/09 i submited the datacaed at goregoan office as the reliance web(chembur) world refused to replace it but till date i havent recieved the replacement reason given is unavilibility of blank card.i have send a couple of mails to nodal officer and appellate authority mumbai but they havent resoponed to it.

As you mentioned that you already send email to the nodal officers but still the problem is same, I suggest you to send a written notice to the CMD of the reliance comm. mention all the complaint nos, attach printout of email and ask them for the proper solution + damages within the mentioned time of 15-20 days.
