Dear Sir,

I braught one Reliance Data Card from Gurgaon Reliance showroom. They said the new High Speed Data Card is gives upto 3 mbps speed. After I purchase I found hardly it connect to HSD (High Speed Data). Everywhere it shows 1x speed equal to old data card. The monthly tariff of High Speed card is 1700/- + tax.

I complained multiple time to them of the speed issue but no result. I asked them to close the data card after 3 months. For this I send one application and duly filled a closing Form and submit that. They said to paid the dues of 2000/- and this will closed.

The data card was used in my company and there is a delay of 1 week to paid that amount, I got another Bill adding next month Rs. 1700/- + tax. I asked them why I will pay the next month amount as I already submitted the closer documents.

Now they started calling me form the Delhi No. 011 40519071 and only using slangs on me (Maa, Behen ki Gali). I am asking their names, but no one telling anything except slangs (ja ke apni Maa ko puch mera naam) kind of things.

Is this Reliance customer care ???
