Hi All,

I had applied for a Infinity 1.5 Mbps plan and paid the installation and scurity deposit charges and even got the receipt for the plan . But after installation i found out they had installed the 750kbps plan. So i asked them to upgrade the plan. They informed me that i need to call customer care which i did , but when i did they said no such plan is available in your city.

When i asked them why they wrote receipt when there was no such plan there was no answer. So finally from my end i tried to close the connection. But now they have again cheated me my adding Rs 2000/- extra . When i asked them why Rs 2000/- extra they gave me some static ip bullshit. but i never applied for any static ip.

So finally after all this they are asking me to pay Rs 4782/- even though they never gave the plan which i opted for and which i never used...
