I've been using Tata Indicom CDMA 1x USB MODEM for the last 18 months or so and had only problems related to Internet Connectivity and Slow Speed. I've raised this issue with their incompetent customer care / technical department atleast 10 times in the recent past, however the issue is still unresolved. Lately,I have sent two emails dated 25th and 26th Nov'09 regarding the same to their helpsedk, nodal officer and appleate authority but no response in writing apart from one of their engineers calling me up asking for if he can visit to check the problem or my be the settings of the computer. The same engineer had come earlier as well and agreed that there is slow speed and connectivity issue. The reason why they are not writing me back on the written complaint via email as may they don't want to go on record.
I'm fed up of all this and want them to drag them to court. Please guide. It has caused me mental stress and headache. It takes atleast 7 minutes to open a website.
I'll not recommend Tata Indicom to anyone. It is one of the worst service providers one could ever come across.
Please suggest whom should i approach.
