    Angry Airtel-Broadband Complaint



    Hi

    I alreay had a conncetion for broadband at my number 01294158596 at residence 1081,1st floor, Sector-09, Faridabad,121007.

    I spoke to the person Named Asif Ali who used to come at my place from Airtel to do the servicing and also for checking the broadband services.I spoke to him to get a Wi-fi Connection one day, He advisedf dont worry sir i will get that done for you-you need not worr,He advised the Wi-Fi is not in stock as soon as it will be there i will let you know,I agreed.

    After 15 days i asked him, What happened Asif, What happened to the Wi-Fi he said it is not in stock,When i pitched him for it, He replied, Do one thing call 121 and tell thewm you need Wi-Fi and get a reference number from them and then call me and i will come and fix it up, I called 121 and spoke to a executive and she advised the same we can't take request as Wi-Fi not in stock, I pitched them they advised that o.k wait and gave me a refernec no, I thought it was a request reference number and i will give to Asif and he will get that done for me.

    The same day in the evening i called asif gave him reference, He replied this is not the correct reference and he has also not got the request on airtel for Wi-Fi.

    I called the next day and spoke to Asif he said please call 121 again, I called 121 and asked them has my request been taken they advised no, Then i pitched them for reauest and said that Asif has told me that he has got Wi-Fi in stock and please take request,Then they agreed and took the request,Gave me the reference number.I called Asif abnd gave reference number, He agreed and said please give few hours and i will come and install Wi-Fi at your home,agreed.

    Asif came after 3 hours and installed Wi-Fi, I asked him about the money he said that Rs 1000/- would be added onto your next bill,Agreed and advised him i am ok with the money you go ahead and install it, He installed the Wi-Fi.

    After 15-20 the bill reached my plce and the charges that werecharged for Wi-Fi were Rs 1500/-, I called 1231 and logged complaint that this has happened and your executive told me that it would cost Rs 1000/- and thats why i got it installed.I specifically told them to log a complaint in which you ,mention the Name of the executive and His mobile stating that he has given me the falls information,They caller agrred.


    The ime went through and i was waiting a response form Airtel, But nobody responded to me and when I got time and called Airtel Broadband on 121 they replied that the complaint has been closed by the back hand team stating that nothing can be done.I asked for supervior they cut the Phone.

    I called again they picked the phone exlpained the while situation again and i asked for the supervior again they transfered and then the superisor hung up on me.

    I called again the 3rd time some caller picked the phone and i kept on saying hello and the caller again hung up on me.

    I called the 4th time and spoke to caller explained her the situation and she advised dont worry this time the call will nto be disconected and transfered the call to Gaurav Jain the Supervior, I spoke to him exlpained him the whole situation and he agreed that i am correct, As my point was why should i bear the expenses of Rs 500/- as the Executive form Airtel has given me wrong Information. He gave me number for the higher authority named Jatin i.e 01141614777, with a reference 104910556, I called jatin, gave him the refence he said that is not correct then gave him my phone number he said he can see there is complaibnt registered but there is no where mentioned that Asif Ali has told me that the charges are Rs1000/- He advised that he cant do anything as I am not having any proof, I keep begging and kept on asking the valid reason that i Should pay Rs 500/- he said i cant do anything and disconectde the call.

    I called Asif ali from a landline of my relatives in Gurgaon i,e 01244252831 his phone was busy.

    After few minutes he called me back and asked who's this, Advised asigf its me Anuj Choprs form faridabad 1081 sector 09,agreed and asked the querry i asked him what are the charges for the Wi-Fi you installed he advised Rs 1000/-, I told because of him i have top pay Rs 500/- extra he didnt bothered and said bye.

    I called jatin and advised the same converation I had with Asif and he also didnt bothered and advised me call 121 again and said o.k

    I called Airtel broadband and asked for Gaurav Jain, His shift was over and then i spoke to someother Supervior, he asked me the number for Asif Ali and advsied to be on a hold and he will speak to asif and get back to me, He spoke to Asif and then asif refused that he has never told me that the charges are rs 1000/-,then I called Asif and and asked him why he said so he said he never told me the prices were Rs 1000/-

    I want to know who exactly is responsible to pay Rs 500/- as being not informed earlier about the prices as i have got alot of calls form Airtel Broad band to apy the outstanding and I am totally Dis-Hartened what exatly they had done with me and I need a specific reason to pay Rs500/-

    I need some this to be waived of and some compensation from airtel for the bad Agreemenet they had given me.

    Default Airtel shifting request

    Hi,

    I have shifted my residential premises from NOIDA to Dwarka(Delhi).I talked to customer care and requested on 4th July2010 to kindly shift the connection at my new addrees at dwarka .They have provided me the shifting refrence no-358708 and told me this will be done within 1 month of time.I have also provided all the necessary document which were requested by the customer care people but till date now shifting is not done.I have called several times at customer care and every time they told me that they have fwd this issue and i will get call within 24 hours but this will not happened.It's more than 1 month now and no action have been taken by Airtel People.I have Escalated this issue twice but nothing happen and even they don't tell any reason for delay in shifting.

    Dear Team,

    I have locked a complaint on 22 Nov, to relocate my broadband connection from B-1, Bank Enclave near Shastri Nagar, D-block, Ghazibada to flat no. 419 A, Regent, Shipra Sun City, Request no. was 392260.

    After 2 days, a guy from Airtel visited my new home and completed wiring connectivity. But after that, nobody from airtel turned up for configuring task, even after following up so many times.

    Everytime i call customer care they give me 24 hour time. This is a pathetic response and truly very very poor services offered by airtel.

    Please get it done today itself otherwise i will withdraw my request and disconnect my connection today itself.Also, i will make another 10-15 airtel broadband connection surrendor today itself.


    I didn't understand why you are charging 300 Rs. as shifting charges? This is very Undeserved service offered by Airtel.

    I will wait till 2 PM today for your response.

    Angry Frequent disconnection of my DSL Line

    Hi,
    I have raised a complaint on 1st of may 2011, that my DSL is getting disconnected frequently ,but the engineer's are not able to solve the issue till now.
    Every time i call the call center and i explain the situation but no result yet.
    my recent complaint number is 46664482.
    Please let me know how to escalate this issue to the higher level.
