    Default Help to resolve the issue

    Its regarding the complaint which we have logged on 1st of june pertaining to landline number 08041200241, our airtel broadband connection is not working. We have been calling the customer care everday( 3times each day) and they are always providing us with the false commitments that the issue would be resolved within an hour, even after talking to all the managers. And they say that our service request has been put on topmost priority.

    Finally we have lost our hopes that our issue would be resolved by Airtel Broadband, as no one is looking into it on part of Airtel broadband. Can any of you please guide us on how we can get this resolved.

    Angry Airtel wrong claim about speed and not resolving problem after complain

    On last week of april, airtel broadband department had called me and offered a new plan with speed of 2mbps upto 5 gb and after that 512kbps. I agreed to the plan and asked to switch to the plan. They switched on the plan but from then the haven't got the claimed speed i.e 2mbps.I have logged many complaints but it resulted no action.

    Default bill clarification

    My billno 663705033 the late fee amount is already included in the bill (Rs 826).the actual amount to be paid is Rs 771,if the late fee RS 75 is added only Rs 846 is to be paid ,where as in this month the due date for the bill is 31st jan 2012 Rs 844(the late fee amount RS 75 has been alredy included in this bill).But in your bill if the amount to be paid after due date(31-1-2012) is Rs. 919 please conform and clear to me why the late fee amount Rs.75 has be added two times if the amount paid after due date.

    THE BILL AMOUNT WILL BE PAID AFTER CLEARING MY ENQUIRY .

    Hi,
    I applied for an Broadband connection on Sunday(8th Jan 2012) CEF No CH 1232927 .. I was told by the executive that it will be installed by Tuesday evening at most ... The engineer for installation came yesterday after making me wait for 4 hours and then again went some where saying will be back in half an hour ... He didnt came till now and is not receiving any calls(His contact number 9600099128) ... " Is this the customer service you people give?? " ..
    I already sent a mail to 121@in.airtel.com and got this reply

    but its 16th today but no one came to us till now and no has called us too ... I am really screwed up by your customer service ...I am daily calling that guy(Parsuraman 9003010974) who came to us for filling the form but he is not reviving the calls even the guy who came for installation and left it in middle is not reviving the calls ... What should I do now ??? ...

    I am using airtel broadband since 3 years. the modem is not working now properly.I have called customer care several times but not getting proper response. My connection is from this no:07940032615. At d time of connection they told if d medem does not work they vill replace it at their cost n nw after taking advance 4 1 year they said that we r sorry we forgot to tell u that policy has changed. they r not sending the technician also after several complaints.
