This is what we called unprofessionalism, you purchased a Reliance connection and this is their duty to provide you service, I don’t know why they people are harassing you, its the internal matter between the Reliance and it’s channel partner then why they are creating problem for you.
If you want to drag them in the consumer forum then you have to do one basic formality, just send a written notice to your area nodal officer via registered post or email, mention all the details in it, and ask them for the refund + damages + 12% interest with in the mentioned time of 15-20 days.

and to add to my misery reliance support guys clearly denies any such deals from reliance. So basically I was fooled and cheated to get the sales done.
