Honesty internet I am using Honesty internet service from past 4 years & found their service got interrupted at least 5 times in a month. But from last 2 months their service was so bad it used to get disconnect frequently. Sometimes if I am downloading some content from net then my connection used to cut off from server after 400 - 45 minutes. & whenever I dialed their service center for complaint no body used to pick up the phone. I used to dial the no. for an hour but in vein.
So i got irritated & ask the honesty to extend my validity period of connection by 10 days as I have lost it in a single month where as I paid the full amount of Rs. 600/- in advance for unlimited access. After I lot of debate the Marketing lady aggried to review the lost of days & confirm the same to me. On 20th I went to their office to know what Honesty has taken action against my complaint, the marketing lady started arguing we cann't extend the period as ur complaint has been resolved with in 24 hrs. She gave so silly reason that problems had occurred because somebody removed the connection from their connection box. Would anybody except such a idiot reasons? Switch. routers, connection boxes are the property of Honesty Internet & to secure them is entirely responsibility of the company & not the customer. Due to the such negligence if customer is loosing the day/hrs of connection then it should be compensated by Honesty.
While our arguments were going on 1 person form honesty interrupted us & asked me to give up Honesty net connection. Not only me but there are lot of persons in Mumbai (from Ghatkopar to Thane) are frustrated by Honesty's Utter 3rd class service. S
So I urging all the readers not to go for Honesty net. I am thinking to create Honesty user forum. So ur support, feedback, suggestions are welcome. You can write to me on shetyep@yahoo.co.in

stop internet my internet connection was stopped showing message package was expired kindly checked and advice what is wrong and next time please give intimation before disconnecting service

Honesty service provider Hi,
its been just 4 months, bt lots of disappointment from day 1.
let me tell abt theit service
it tuk them arn 1 month to activate. they need min of 12 days to start a new conn...max sky is d limit. when i asked them why, they say they dont hav enuf resources. Bt still they wont increase or improve the condition. I guess we are living in 2010 n not 1980s.
They hav their service in 3-4 cities in mumbai, but have only 1 number for customer complaint. it normally takes 4-5 to get them on line, since they use a single number for al purpose.
They have started with their sms complaint service. most of d sms complaint doesnt get logged n if it does, u get a call after 2-3 days asking if it is solved. i asked them why so delay. the person banged the fone down - a tightc slap on the customer face for using their service.
there is alwYs some or the issue with their net conn, n no customer support. they are not ready to share their engineer contact number so that i can reach them n get it rectified. i got some numbers from neighbour which r either not reachable or switched off.
They have no idea how to treat their customers. when i went for new conn n asked y u need so much of time, d guy replies ho for some other conn, we need min 12 days. aftr payin d amnt for connection n 1st month, on 20 day when i asked d marketin or hr lady abt it, she replied that 12 days is min n also they didnt promise me any date, so wait. when i went n talked to d main person, his eyes on his lappy n just ears towards me, it wud call that utter unprofessionism.
their guy came home to colect money for d month of sept, i paid them money for renewal. but he tuk money but didnt renew it. their office was off for d next 2 days. n then i had to personaly go to office for requestin since sms complaint didnt get logged n customer care no not available.
lastly for d last 3 days their net conn is off. i smsed for than 10 times, called n informed them 4 times, personaly visited twice and still waiting for my turn.
Till we have service providers lik honesty, we cant imagine to have constomer oriented service

Honesty internet soution Hi, I am resides at Bhandup (E). I am using Honesty internet service from past 4 years & found their service got interrupted so many times. this it was disconnected for 7 days. Sometimes if I am downloading some content from net then my connection used to cut off from server after 10 - 15 minutes. & whenever I dialed their service center for complaint no body used to pick up the phone. I used to dial the no. for an hour but in vein. So i got irritated & ask the honesty to extend my validity period of connection by 5 days as I paid the full amount of Rs. 300/- . Me and my brother went to their office to know what Honesty has taken action against my complaint,the HR person was not ready to accept their mistake and started arguments with us.
he said we will give extra days.. after that he said i never made statement like that.... he told u r package has expired ,u renew it and then we will give extended days. but he was very rude..he was expecting that we should talk with him very politely... why???? we should ?? our net was working for 7 days....
finally he said we are not going to provide service any more.. Is this way to talk with customer ???

Honesty is the worst internet service provider i have ever seen...
