Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is G.Srinivas. I was having a BSNL telephone connection from
hosakerehalli exchange with Broad Band for more than 2 years. I got my
telephone shifted from Hoskerehalli Exchange (26727713) to Chennamakere
Achkut Exchange (26798947), bangalore. OB (work order) was issued on 3rd Sep
2009. But I got the telephone connection on 30-09-2009. From that date I
keep complaining that my Broad Band is not working - there is no DSL light
comming on the Modem. But no one has either responded to it or sorted out
this issue till now even though the complaint is lodged to DE (Divisional
Engineer, CMK), GM (General Manager) and to PGM (Principal General Manager)
through Phone and in by person. Even I sent 3 remainder Email to all the
persons listed above. No one has responded (for atleast courtesy) till now.

The Email IDs which I keep sending the Remainder emails is given below:

Hence, I request you to take the necessary action immedietly to sort out
this issue at the earliest possible.
